Just to help clarify, carbon monoxide is slightly lighter than typical air (mostly nitrogen and some oxygen). 5 feet high up a wall is good, but so is on a ceiling about six inches from a wall (where air tends to circulate).
Carbon dioxide has twice as many oxygen atoms as carbon monoxide. Carbon dioixide is heavier-than-air and will generally, if gradually, sink down low (though it will mix somewhat, too).
These are two completely separate molecules, folks!

“anyone else filled with rage about what the mcu did to Clint Barton or...”
i am equally filled with rage but unable to identify why its just wrong
It’s wrong because in the comics Clint Barton is this rich, complex character with depth and nuance. He’s a victim of emotional and physical abuse who refuses to continue the cycle of abuse, and as a result is deeply compassionate and kind. He’s deaf, and that’s a big part of his character--not only because being disabled changes how he interacts with the world, but because of how he became deaf. Sure, he’s just a normal human, but he does everything he can to be worthy of his place on the Avengers, and that’s why it matters that he Never misses--if he missed, he wouldn’t feel like he deserves to be an Avenger. He’s constantly underestimated, because he’s just a normal guy, but he uses that to his advantage, by playing dumb to hide his intelligence.
In the MCU, he’s just...a guy with some arrows?
#carbonmonoxidepoisoning#replies#and I'm not even getting into the ronan shit in endgame bc that's a whole other mess

We often get calls to our office saying, “My carbon monoxide alarm is beeping but i don’t smell anything and I don’t want to make a fuss and bother the fire department. Can you come and check it out?” Our answer is always, “Call 911 and get out of your home.” Remember that you can’t smell, see, or taste CO, your alarm is your only indicator that something may be wrong. If it’s starts sounding, get everyone outside to fresh air and call 911. CO is an emergency and is a legitimate reason to call 911. You aren’t “being a bother”. #carbonmonoxidepoisoning #homesafety #firesafety #fireprevention #protectyourfamily #firepreventionmonth #invisiblekiller #staysafe https://www.instagram.com/p/B4ASKIcHf3R/?igshid=1vli3q63kjz7u

Neighbours car. I think it was used as an extra bedroom for the older kids on the weekends or for when he'd fight with the wife. One day I walked by and there was a dirty rag stuffed up the tail pipe with the packaging from some tosti locos. Los Tigre's del Norte must've been the only tape in the tape deck. #carbonmonoxidepoisoning #lostigresdelnorte #ranchera #tostilocos (at San Gorgonio Pass Wind Farm)
