I had a shit day emotionally, and at the end of it someone decided to come into my mentions on another hellsite and rant at me about why Peggy Carter (a comfort character of mine) needs to stop existing and stop getting new content because even minor mentions of her are somehow making her haters' lives worse and people like me should "just mute" the relevant terms (like her name). And you know what?

Fuck that noise.

Here, both to repay petty fandom bullshit with unadulterated fandom joy and in the spirit of "fuck the haters, let people like things on their own damn pages", are some photos of Peggy (and Cap) cosplayers loving the hell out of my Captain Cartbear at SDCC 2022.

And here's a close-up of Peggy with me in my BuckyCap dress (no face because I roll that way) on the train home. Bucky is another comfort character for me.

Disney will take just about anyone's money, including yours, for anything you can be persuaded to buy. They're pumping out a ton of crap right now (more than is advisable, imho, but the point here is that there's LOTS of other stuff you can play with if you want). Peggy content existing somewhere isn't going to harm your multi-part Ant-Man saga or whatever brings you joy. You can just let people like things.

Also, this is one of the most complicated bear designs I've ever made and she's a really good cuddle thanks to all her layers of fleece. Just sayin'
