Yesterday was not a particularly good day for me even if it started on a very high note!😞 Sometimes in life's journey things don't always turn out the way we expect them and you either fall into depression, pain and anger or you choose to crawl your way out of it. It's not an easy place to be i must tell you. For me, overcoming it is a process and one place in the Bible that helps me is this "Why are you cast down, O my soul? And why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God, for I shall yet praise Him For the help of His countenance.
