Hello StEx fandom!!! Does anyone here remember Canuck, from the 1996 On Ice production? Anyone? No? Wery well. Have my redesigned Canuck, now with a personality of his own!

Canuck, real name "Tasunke Kohana", is the Canadian National Engine, and works on the Calgary-Ottawa line. He's an EMD-FP7, and I decided to ethnically code him as a Dakota Sioux, to represent at least partially Canada's First Nations.

On each of his 3-day long journeys, he works with:

his girlfriend Sapphire the Dome Lounge Car (Pearl's cousin from maternal side)

Johnny the Restaurant Car

Twila, Étoile, Nuit and Lavender the Wagons-Lits

Molson the Bar Car

Canuck speaks fluently in English, Quebecois French, Dakota dialect, and Ojibwe. He only wears the eagle feather during Indigenous Peoples Day, Orange Shirt Day, and Canada Day as a sign of protest agains the bad treatment of First Nations People around the Nation.

Likes: hot coffee with cream and maple sugar during freezing days, the Canadian forest in autumn, seeing the Northern Lights during a journey

Dislikes: wild animals blocking the tracks, vandals who ruin the interior of the carriages, when it's freezing so much that the tracks gets covered in ice

CANUCK Canuck my beloved you deserve to be real

He’s technically already a national, but I basically just stole the name. He’s got the Vancouver canucks logo on his back (sponsored) as well as a bunch of the provincial flags! (Including Labradors cause fuck you)

He’s narrow gauge, so he’s got inline skates! Just thought it would be a silly nod. He’s also nice and polite but the SECOND he touches the race track it’s no holds bared, racing is a contact sport to him

I've just remembered that Expreso Astral and the On Ice production of StEx have new nationals so here:

El Pibe- "Pibe" means "kid", therefore he is the youngest engine in the races. He's still young and spirited and doesn't get what he's gotten into. it says in his bio he "hates Conan and has a crush on Ashley", so he crushed on Ash before she turned him down cuz she gay and shes too old for him, and Conan kept annoying Pibe and treating him like a child.

Carioca- His bio says that he supports Rusty in his racing goals. So he had a crush on Rusto. It also says that he wanted Rusty to win, which leads me to think that Carioca is very burned out from racing. He's not even that old, but he just wants to rest.

Conan- His bio says his design has a mash of random stuff, so he's an engine that gets resold and bought a lot, leading to all the confusion w his looks. He's very bitter and picks on everyone, mainly because he's deeply depressed inside and hates the world.

Cesar- nothing in his bio, but he's from mexico. He's married to Canuck, the two of them have v nice yards who let them go to races together to compete for fun. They really wanna start a family. He's a chill guy, likes a beer after the racing.

Canuck- Fuck the wiki, she's a lady now. Deffo a girlboss- Enjoys embroidery, very motherly. plus size. she loves romance novels and hot tubs. she made Cesar take dance classes w her for years.

Please note: every piece of rolling stock is born intersex, with both sets of genitals (male and female presenting). If the rolling stock is built in a factory, the builders assign them a gender; if they're born trough birthing by another rolling stock, they'll develop their idea of gender at about 4 years of life (the human equivalent is 12 years).
