We’re Moving!

Hey everyone! So according to the poll, it seems like everyone (current members and nonmembers alike) wanted to see the group moved to Discord. So, starting from today, we will be leaving the Skype group behind and moving to our shiny new Discord server!! (Courtesy of ModShy who is a good tech coyote). The ID for the server will be available in the Skype group for at least a week (the invites will be re-sent as they become inactive) and for any new members who apply they will receive the invite from either a mod or an admin via Discord or Tumblr IM.

Hey it's the 'Am I corvidkin' anon again. I love caninekin stuff-- bowls of water like a pond!! blanket nests!! the tips for making meat taste raw and such-- but I feel more connected with the birds. Is this okay? That I just.. connect with the birds but I don't know how to find tips for birdkin and corvidkin. Aahh, I used to ID as therian but now I know nothing about it or if anythings changed?? basically restarting as a beginner. Thank you for reading

Hey again! There’s nothing wrong with enjoying caninekin stuff. It can be fun! At least, I don’t have a problem with it.

As far as finding birdkin stuff, I know of a few blogs floating around. @birdkinsuggestions@aviankin-networkAnd there’s a few others I can’t think of right now. Also, just making posts yourself asking for any other birdkin around could work very well, or joining a discord server or Skype group.

Attention Members!

Movie Night!

The hype is real.

This Saturday, January 28th, at 7:30 PM Eastern Standard Time we will be hosting a stream to watch a (couple) movie(s)! In preparation for this night, we have provided a poll for you members to pick two options from the list so that we can get a scope on what you guys would like to watch.

On Thursday night EST there will be an announcement in the Skype group regarding what movie has been selected by your peers. A reminder post will be posted as well as an official announcement of the movie on the Network blog on Friday before the event. The link to the stream will also be provided in the Skype chat, on the day before the movie starts, to prevent any unwanted guests.

As should be expected, all rules that apply to the Network and Skype group also apply to any streams or events planned by the Caninekin Network, so still be mindful of others.

Viewer Discretion Is Advised: These movies are family-friendly and for all audiences, but some movies do have tense and/or sad scenes.

Greetings!

As customary, my name is Asoka and I am one of your new working moderators. I have been a member of the Caninekin Network for over a year now and have been lucky enough to make quite a few friends among the group. I am a college freshman here in the United States, so I’m not very old, but I like to think my mind’s age surpasses my body’s age. I identify as wolf therian, specifically the Mackenzie Valley subspecies, and am river-otter-hearted as well as bear-hearted!
