Lakefront sales on Keuka, Seneca, Canandaigua Lakes Pricing, strategy and marketing yields results. Working with other agents and making access to the homes easier has been challenging. During the regulated Covid period I did live virtual tours for my clients and clients of other agents. These are things you just have to do. Now we can show homes again in a limited capacity with only one agent and a limited number of buyers at one time. The best way to sell a house is to make it available as much as possible and it should not depend on when the listing agent is available. Showings should be worked around the buyers availability especially since they will be looking at numerous properties. If a seller is truly motivated to sell their property, they will insure the buyer and their agent have access. It becomes a win/win for everyone.
