JWCT: How I think the love triangle will go down: Kenlynn endgame, Dinostar friendship restored.

So, as I teased in a post I don’t remember how long ago, I’m going to explain my theory on what I think the writers are planning to do with Kenji, Brooklynn and Darius, and what led me to think that. I don’t claim to know what’s going through their heads, I’m only a girl who loves to write and who has taken classes on the process of film-making, narratology and cinematic analysis…and also the biggest Kenlynn shipper, so even though I try to be the least biased possible, it will probably still shine through, I’m human. Oh, and that’s only a theory of course, chances are I’m wrong. It goes without saying, but I had a blast writing this, I love to dissect the stories I love to find meaning in it.

I split my thought process in different parts, so pick and choose what you're interested in reading, I know that's freaking long, but I can't help it, I LOVE TO ANALYZE EVERYTHING OK (especially fiction).

The folded parchment hidden under his vest suddenly seemed to hold the weight of the world. Zuko placed a hand on his chest, where the sketch rested just above his heart. He stared thoughtfully at the floor.

what do u think abt the difference between tonkla w korn & tonkla w win? i was so flabbergasted how dominating he is when he was doing it with win...... wonder how is that relevant to their roles with each other...... did he like win bcos he can toy him? like how he is when he's with korn? hmmmm

Anon, I lost my mind when the WinTonkla scene happened. I did NOT expect it to happen this fast, or like this, but it did and it was marvelous.

Mostly, I lovedlovedloved how the scene illuminated even further that Tonkla is pretending with Korn. By pretending I don't mean the love - because Tonkla does love him - but the whole act of the sweet nong with the high-pitched voice who's there to please Korn and help him calm down after a difficulty day.

His exaggerated acts and his true self are interwoven in a way that seems natural - you don't know where Tonkla ends and everything else begins, which is why the WinTonkla scene blew me away. He never pretended, he took control of the situation and made Win give him everything he wanted (except getting fucked raw, my poor boy was so mad).

We could argue Tonkla is the way he is with Win because he's grieving, but I don't think it matters. Tonkla clearly wants more from Korn, Tonkla clearly fakes some of his behavior with him, Tonkla clearly wants to be worshipped in bed, something he doesn't get with Korn, so he seeked the experience from Win, as well as his company, because my beautiful boy is so, so lonely.

I don't think he likes Win, not yet. I don't know if Sammon plans on making Tonkla fall in love with Win, but in my opinion he won't. Or at least, it won't be exactly love if it happens.

Whatever happens with them and Korn, I'm on board. I'm seated. I'm ready to be blown away and left devastated and in pain. I can't fucking wait.

So...I started playing Fields of Mistria last week and I adore it. Enjoy my Moon phases~

We just got an official confirmation now, we're getting a new Super Mario Bros. Film for April of 2026!

Now, they didn't outright say it was a SEQUEL, just a new film they're working on. It could be the rumored Donkey Kong movie they've been talking about, and then again, it could be the sequel as well. Only time will tell.

Plainsong

I love this place. Building their main settlement on abandonded satellite dishes was a stroke of genius on the part of the Utaru, their home is far above the ground giving them safety from most of the machines & the other clans, not to mention the wide field of view they have which makes any surprise attack nearly impossible.

Despite the structure on which it is build, Plainsong seems entirely organic. From it's walkways, buildings & houses, the Utaru seemed to have built around the ancient structures & the tree & plant life that has sprung up using the natural resources of wood, grass & vines. The clan itself reveres nature & this is reflected in their dress & metaphors. Utaru wear grass or palm coverings on their lower half paired with hemp like garments on their torso. Their hats remind me strongly of those used by medieval japanese archers. I absolutely love the Utaru custom of giving seed pouches at birth & planting those seeds upon the persons death. A physical reminder of the person lives on while contributing to the clan & nature. I think that is beautiful.

I absolutely LOVE the Squirtle/Wartortle illustrations by kantaro in Pokemon 151!

The Squirtle jumping so joyfully from the rock into the ocean, the colors are STUNNING! I love the contrast of the Squirtle's aqua blue framed in the vivid orange sky, the soft bit of blue reflecting in its shell and its tail just catching the sun, how little and squishy its body looks as it launches itself towards the water with such tremendous excitement!

The lineless style of the background gives me the feel of a travel poster and I sense the tropical environment around it from the rocks and trees framing the corners, the waterfall splashing with as much energy as the Squirtle!

The layered blues on the surface of the water and the bubbles rising at the corner make me FEEL the liquid rising to meet the Squirtle--I can just feel how the next moment it's going to break through and be immersed in a cool island swim!

And the Wartortle running along the sunset beach, this is somehow everything I always imagined for Wartortle! I adore the way the rich purple melts into the warm red/orange sky, the matching purple clouds and shadows in the foreground, and how the dimming sunlight glows red on Wartortle's deep blues!

I love how the yellow and orange of the sky illuminate the lapping waves, I can just feel the gentle motion of the sea at dusk. The aqua color of the ocean matches Wartortle's ears and tail and sets off the red-orange sand, I just love how the colors are here!

Wartortle looks so round and squishy, I love its happiness as it goes frolicking through the shallows, chasing the bubbles caught in the setting sun! The shine and deep shadow on its shell give it an almost jewel texture like real tortoise shell; I love the silhouetted splash Wartortle leaves as it goes running across the shore. It's so full of energy and delight at the end of a gorgeous day! The colors in these are SO vivid and harmonized and the style is so cute and bursting with energy and joy. I just LOVE it (also Squirtle is my starter)
