how many pounds of hatch chile would be too many to pre-order given that I don’t currently know how to or have the equipment to can anything . . . like 10 pounds? that seems like too many. but if I am paying to have chiles overnighted I should get a lot?

#why don't I live in a place where you can just get them roasted in a parking lot!!!!!!!!!!#human crap sack tire fire #also unclear how much notice you get about shipping date #it's all dependent on the growing season and they are shipped the day after being picked #but I was gonna go places #can't go places if I might have 10 pounds of chiles arriving at any time
