I saw one of these jokey “What your fave ESC 2023 tells about you?” with the answer to all of them being “You’re gay” and... listen, it’s not funny at all, it’s infuriating in fact. If your fave of the year is Israel, Switzerland, Poland, the United Kingdom or Sweden (or whichever else criminally boring and overrated entry of the year I’m forgetting), the answer should be different.

You may be gay, but it doesn’t change the fact that your taste in songs fucking sucks.
