i cant sleep bc im so nervous abt my upcoming trip for concerts and now im once again looking up joint range of motion diagrams and asking "what do you MEAN that isnt normal"

and like, yes i know the top 2 rows are hypermobility things (all of which i have/can do lol), but the bottom ones?? can ppl really not normally do those things??? pls dont tell me ppl cant normally W sit or put their fucking. arms back 😭😭😭
