okay so Dave is a jackalope instead of just a regular rabbit since he's a cryptid. honestly a jackalope just fits too well because he isn't defenseless as a rabbit, but he isn't any more dangerous than Jack or Henry. Rabbits (or jackalopes) are good at running away, which makes sense with Dave's character since he's good at getting away with the murders at Fazbenders. And he didn't start out as a killer. He BECAME one because of Henry, so he started out innocent. I like to think of his antlers as a way to symbolize when he became a killer

Jack's a shibu inu because Blackjack is one. I feel like a shibu inu represents him better than a bear does because well. HENRY was the one to create the bear suit, and Jack isn't as dangerous as a bear, but he isn't weak at all. A shibu inu just makes more sense even if his soul wasn't one.

Henry is a bear because of his suit of course, and any other animal wouldn't make as much sense (besides for iguana LMAO). Henry is the most powerful out of the group, so bear just. fits?? like this guy could easily ruin these guys lives, which he does!!

I like how each animal fits so perfectly like directdoggo accidental or not he made them make so much sense. also the phoneys are mice because i thought it'd be silly lol

I've seen a lot of people try to paint Orcatstra / Maowzarts as problematic, and I believe much of it stems from misinformation or misunderstandings, often because it's being spread through word of mouth. I'm not making this post because Orcatstra asked me to—because they didn’t. No one is forcing me to write this; I'm doing it of my own free will. I really hope that #orcatstrahaters will take the time to read this carefully before dismissing it just because Orcatstra is my friend. I'm writing this to clear up the misinformation surrounding them, as I’ve seen people unfairly group them with genuinely problematic figures like Mawthe (who, by the way, draws necro art!!!).

Yes, there have been times when Orcatstra could have handled situations better (I'll try to keep my personal opinions on those situations brief), but let’s not forget—they’re 17! Some people seem to think that just because they’ll be 18 in a few months, they’re suddenly supposed to be all-knowing. Meanwhile, others are excusing or even babying older individuals like Criminalx3 and Parsnipling, both of whom, to my knowledge, are in their twenties! THEY should know better.

(Because someone asked) I bring up Parsnipling because they were called out for posting a fanfic where Dave from DSAF had animal genitalia (a cloaca). They then accused me of being the reason people sent them death threats, even though all I did was share a thread showing what they had posted. I didn’t even tell anyone to block them. Parsnipling lied to me, claiming that the tags with "cloaca" were meant as jokes. Afterward, they left Twitter (due to death threats, unfortunately) and went back to Tumblr, where they posted about how fandoms used to be spaces for "freaks." Take that as you will.

(I’m not debating the morality of referring to non-human genitalia with animal terms. Personally, I find it strange, which is why I made the thread in the first place—to draw attention to it. People are free to come to their own conclusions and decide whether to block or avoid interacting with them as they see fit.)

This post isn’t made to say you can’t..not Like orcatstra as a person..cus u can…everyone can dislike anyone for any reason just to reiterate this is just made to clear up misinfo

I exclusively use they/them pronouns for Orcatstra in this post specifically so that people don’t get confused about who I’m referring to, but please keep in mind when discussing them that they use any pronouns (besides from she).

The main points for why people deem orcatstra as problematic (that I’ve seen) are:

* Running a 15 year old off of their own tumblr blog

* Accusing a rape victim of liking and supporting rape + accusing the same person of being a groomer

* Comparing phone x Jack to slave x slave owner

* Blocking people for shipping things that they don’t like

I’ll be going through these one by one and explaining what happened to my knowledge.

Running a 15 year old off of their own tumblr blog

The 15-year-old in question ran a DSAF confessions account, where they posted anonymous confessions from people within the DSAF community. These confessions were typically related to DSAF topics.

I've seen people claim that Orcatstra harassed this person because their blog posted confessions about people disliking Davesport. However, that's completely inaccurate—Orcatstra doesn't, and never did, care if people dislike Davesport, so that part of the accusation is blatantly false.

(This is Orcatstras own words)

“I didn’t like harass them to the point they had to quit at most I made like 2 posts publicly and kept the rest of my disdain of a confessions account private”

I believe some people are upset because Orcatstra was venting about the account on their private account, but I’m not really sure why... They're mad about that? Orcatstra’s private account only has about 50 followers, and most of those are people who follow with both their main and private accounts.

Accusing a rape victim of liking and supporting rape

(I do not know this persons pronouns so I will be referring to them with they/them pronouns, if they do not use these pronouns please tell me and I will edit this section to display the correct pronouns)

I believe the person being referred to is Cr1minalc1minalcr1minal, who has read and bookmarked non-con fanfics on AO3. Non-con stands for non-consensual, which is essentially the definition of rape. Orcatstra believes that if someone regularly consumes this type of content, it’s reasonable to assume they enjoy reading it. However, Orcatstra has never claimed that Criminalx3 supports rape.

From what I understand, Orcatstra was having a conversation on their main account with someone on their private account, and they were discussing something about Criminalx3 that they believed to be true. However, it turned out not to be accurate. Unfortunately, someone on Tumblr took this conversation out of context and framed it as if Orcatstra was accusing Criminalx3 of being a groomer.

I don’t believe that Orcatstra ever made a public post stating that criminal was a groomer.

(I tried looking, but I may be wrong, feel free to correct me and I’ll edit this section)

Comparing phone x Jack to slave x slave owner

I believe this was stated in a now private youtube video where Orcatstra ranks dsaf ships, it may also be said in some tweets.

By definition, the DSAF 3 phone guys are slaves, regardless of the route. They are legally owned by Jack and work without pay. I understand that "slave" is a very strong and impactful word, which is why I'm personally hesitant to use it, but by definition, that’s what they are. You literally see Jack buying Harry in the DSAF 3 intro tapes. I've also seen people try to defend this by saying, "Well, Jack can be nice to them!"—as if that somehow erases the fact that he still owns them.

Blocking people for shipping things that they don’t like

There's nothing wrong with blocking people, even for no particular reason. It can be a little upsetting to get blocked over a post about a ship, but try not to take it personally—it’s just the internet. Unless you were doing something genuinely awful, Orcatstra probably blocked you simply because they didn’t want to see a ship they don’t like. They're just curating their online experience, which is totally normal.

And yes, people are bringing this up as an actual point against them.

I know that many people who dislike Orcatstra also dislike me for being their friend and sharing similar opinions. However, if you haven’t blocked me, please share this with others who might be misinformed.

There have been additional things added on by other people in reblogs if you would like to hear their side of the story.

Okay so I'm gonna try to put this in a timeline like u did with dsaf, but first the characters ^_^

NOW FOR THE TIMELINE WAA!!!!

> he spots a truck driver who stopped to go take a shit in the woods and shoots him

> the movie cuts off to Lindsay and Jenny.

> Lindsay and Jenny are both tourists at Germany, they are staying at a hotel.

> Lindsay calls up Amy to tell her that they're both going to a party because some dude invited Jenny, and Jenny calls the car company to rent a car for a little.

> they drive but get lost in the woods, and get a flat tire in the middle of arguing.

> unable to figure out what to do, and with it raining, they argue some more. Lindsay tries to call someone, but no luck because theres no signal for whatever reason.

> they're staying in the car thinking of what to do, when this old guy who looks high af stops his car next to them, thinking they're p0rn actresses or whatever the fuck, talking in German.

> Lindsay and Jenny try to ask him for help, but Jenny translates the fact he said "fucking" and they both decide to not continue the conversation. Eventually the guy leaves.

> Heiter goes to the kitchen and "calls" the car company, as he pours the water into the glasses. (BITCH DIDNT CALL ANYONE just spoke to the AIR). Jenny and Lindsay talk about how he's kinda creepy and they're getting a bad vibe from him.

> he says they'd be here in 30 minutes, and gives Jenny and Lindsay the water, which they both drink (before that jenny asked if he lives here with his wife in an attempt to small talk, to what he replied 'no. I don't like human beings.')

> Lindsay spills some of her water and Heiter gets really mad, insulting her in German. She promises to clean it all up.

> basically long story short he DRUGGED THEM BOTH!!! they passed out and woke up on hospital beds !!! . Before that Heiter also kidnapped Katsuro.

> Heiter, very happy, explains to the 3 prisoners about how he's gonna make them into a human centipede, because he doesn't want to seperate anymore and wants to combine. He explains how he's gonna sew them mouth to ass, making them share one digestive system. (An alternative name to the human centipede is the Siamese triplet). None of the prisoners are very happy about that.

> Katsuro insults Heiter by calling him a n@zi, so Heiter decides to umm what is the word. He injects Katsuro with something that just makes him fall asleep.

> he does the same for Jenny, and Lindsay runs away.

> she locks herself in a room, trying to reason with Heiter who's angirly screaming at her about how if she doesn't open up he'll rip her teeth out one by one with no anesthesia. At some point he goes silent, and as Lindsay tries to escape through a window, she finds him standing there and trying to break the window.

>Lindsay gets away just in time and falls into a pool. Heiter talks about how he's happy she escaped because now he knows for certain she'll be in the middle. Lindsay begs to be killed on the spot, but Heiter just activates the automatic pool cover thing and leaves.

>Lindsay gets out from under there just in time, and goes back to the basement to try and escape with unconscious jenny (OMG UNCONSCIOUS WAS THE WORD/LH).

> she runs outside and gets shot with a little arrow so now she's unconscious too. (Forgot to mention this but Heiter actually knocked the truck driver out in order to make him part of the centipede, but he didn't match. After killing the truck driver, THEN he kidnapped Katsuro)

> Heiter performs the surgery!! The centipede is now complete!!!

I want to clarify my post was about situations regarding Orca that aren’t this one. The situations talked about in my post are NOT this situation.

If everything in this reblog is true then I will admit, I don’t think Orca’s reaction was okay and they should handle things differently in situations going forward. However, I don’t think this is something that should fully be blamed on them.

Personally, while I believe digging dirt up on people you disagree with is wrong, I don’t think it counts as stalking and while I don’t see it as sexual harassment, given your recount I can see why it was seen as such.

If this Michael person is liking content regarding dub-con (a kink/fetish based on sa) I believe Orca was fully in the right to not like them and post about it. At the end of the day, if you believe someone is doing something wrong, you post about it, and with dub-con being a fetish based off of themes of SA and I can see how Orca saw people defending them and believed they where defending someone who was into SA. They also said that the grooming allegations came from someone else and they were just repeating them, which I also think is bad, but I also that that should be looked into. I’m not sure if you guys are still friends with Michel but if you don’t support that, then you should probably talk to them abt that.

Guilt by association is something both parties seem to be guilty of and I completely understand how that’s making people feel on either side. Ngl I didn’t even know the DSAF fandom was this interwoven (especially last I checked everyone was leaving) so it’s completely understandable how people on both sides felt unfairly attacked.

I myself felt a little like that because I was being accused of defending something that I never even spoke about and have had people in my notes and asks spamming me abt it. I’m not sure how old y’all are but I believe most people in this situation feel like that and I’ve been there before (although to a bigger extent) and it’s definitely… an experience to say the least. If some of y’all are adults, I feel like this should of been dealt with A LOT better.

Overall though, even though my post wasn’t about this situation, I think the conclusion is very similar. I noticed that no one involved interacted with this post until Orca did so I feel there’s still some snooping going on. I think you guys need to just block each other and stay out of each others business. Maybe if you both apologise to each other for the misunderstanding, that’ll help, but I doubt that’s going to happen any time soon.

I was angry at first because the og post wasn’t abt this situation and therefore I felt it was kinda crazy to attack me for it. Now however, I understand that in situations like this it’s normal to get upset and make assumptions like this and I’m happy we where able to talk it out. Abt the Orcatstra stuff

TLDR: I've looked through their posts as well as others and I can't find any proof they did anything wrong. Orca making NSFW art, saying they don't like a ship and blocking people who like that ship is completely normal and you shouldn't take it personally.

Long ver:

People in the DSAF fandom (mainly Tumblr) are freaking out about a take Orcatstra made on shipping Jack with Harry, Jake and/or Rodger, allegedly harassing people who ship them, one case being running a 14/15-year-old off the website and making NSFW art, mainly gore.

About the ship: I think Orcatstra's take is completely understandable. "Oh but the phone can leave" and "Oh but he treats them well in the Good ending" doesn't matter. At the end of the day, whether he treats them well or not is completely irrelevant. Jack can choose at any time whether they live or die. When he fires them, they get murdered. He has power over them and that is a power imbalance that a lot of people are going to be uncomfortable with. In cases like Dave, Matt, Steven or Henry, if things don't go well between the two, they have the ability to leave with no fear of something bad happening to them. The phones on the other hand, could get fired (die) if they're not on Jack's good side with just a simple phone call. Even if they left, they literally mention Afton Robotics hunting down escaped phone guys and a simple phone call telling AR one's gone rouge is all it takes. Doing this after getting pissed off by them or whatever, is completely in character for Jack to do (especially legacy). People bring up that Jack treats them well in the good ending but how about all the other routes? Especially in the Legacy routes, Jack treats them like shit and actively uses this power imbalance against them on multiple occasions. People bring up Davesport as a retort to this, bringing up how utterly devoted Dave can be, but Dave when treated like this usually fights back or distances himself away from him, neither is something the phones can do without fear of getting killed. At the end of the day, it all comes down to how you headcanon Jack to act, but the power imbalance is definitely enough to put a lot of people off. Also, as a POC myself, I don't think them saying it felt like "Owner x Slave" to them, was racist.

About the blocking: Blocking people is something people are allowed to do for whatever reason they like. If someone posts content you don't like, the normal response most people have is to block them. Whether you feel the block is "deserved" or not, doesn't matter. Hell, sometimes I block people over a single post or comment they make because I simply disagree with it so much. Blocking people is completely okay under literally any circumstance.

About harassment: I have found no proof of this. Seriously. I've looked through multiple people's accounts, including Orca's and have found nothing. I'm even seeing people ask for proof and being told the person has none. the dsaf confessions account keeps getting brought up as proof of someone who got harassed but looking at both their posts and Orca's, from what I've seen, no harassment happened. From what I can tell, all of this is a complete misunderstanding where Orca talking about not liking the account got interpreted as Orca bullying them. If they don't like them and want to post about not liking them, they have the right to do that.

About NSFW: They're allowed to draw it. DSAF is an NSFW series and therefore has A LOT of NSFW topics, subjects, scenes and characters in it. If someone wants to draw that, they have the right to. If you don't like it, block them. Some people are saying they should tag their gore art and while I personally agree with that, if they don't want to, they have every right not to. It's their blog and if you don't like it, just block them and move on. "But what if a child sees it" on Tumblr, you can only see what you search up or are personally interested in, a child shouldn't be looking at DSAF-related content in the first place because, again, it is an NSFW series.

Overall, my thoughts on the matter are... *drum roll*

It's not that serious and the block button is free. If you don't like someone, what they're doing, what they're posting, block them. It's that simple and getting blocked doesn't mean anything. This situation, as well as others like it, are making me fear that most of you aren't old enough to even know what DSAF is, let alone be in the fandom.

Here anon I'll give you some info (I'll even link you to the story I'm writing in wattpad if youd like me to link that. just ask)

The Prince and the Baker takes place in the land of Fazbendia, where an odd, pink haired grey eyed man by the name of Henry rules as king. His son, Dave, is the prince. At the age of 19 Dave is sent to the village to find himself a bride because it is nearing time for Henry to step down as king and Dave needs to find a suitable girl to be his queen.

The village is a lovely place. Street performers dancing in the square, happy faces everywhere you look, and servants who've been improved using the means of futuristic technology. There's also a little building with the sign falling off. Welcome to Jack's Bakery. This is where Jack (aged 18) and his two young children, Suzanne and Richard, stay. Having lost the woman he married (neither would consider each other "husband and wife" as neither of them had any interest in the opposite gender) after the children were born, he had to figure out how to live on his own.

Cue the day the Prince visits. Jack's two children, aged three years old (they're twins here) beg to see him. Upon the prince arriving he mentions he'll need a place to stay the night. The children excitedly suggest he stay with them and their father, and after the town mocks the children for being silly the prince agrees.

The prince and the baker meet, and after several times of meeting the prince falls for the baker. Dave of course cant let his father know, as Henry's a lil bitch and said if Dave were to ever be with another man he'd kill that man and his family.

Once Dave and Jack begin a relationship, they HAVE to keep it a secret for fear of Jack being possibly murdered. 2 years pass and Harry, Jack's dearest friend, and Rochelle, Harry's wife and Jack's worst enemy, need bread.

Rochelle catches Dave and Jack in the act and she threatens to tell everyone.

I have two of them

1: Steven x Peter isn't that bad honestly. Imo at least. It doesn't deserve the amount of hating it gets. 'But Steven ruined Peter's life by sending him to become a phone guy' the games go out of their way to show and even directly tell you that phone guys are slaved people who are brought back from the dead and forced to do as their programming says. Steven isn't an expert or anything he's just as slaved as the others were. And while he does say 'I hope u can forgive me for this' which kinda means that he knew it was bad? But honestly I still don't blame it on him fully. From my understanding phone guys are only capable of going 'against' (for lack of better word) their programming only if they have some humanity or memories when they were alive, which I dont think Steven does, in both dsaf1 & 3 hes fully convinced that he's Scott Cawthon and only remembers that he isnt after literally being forced to. 'they hate eachother' I've replayed all the dsaf games and I can't find anything confirming that. Steven obviously regrets what he did and wants to make it right to not just Peter, but everyone else as well. Peter and Steven don't interact much, but Peter hasn't said anything mean about Steven once. The only thing that implies this is Peter's line of Jack saving even those who don't deserve it. 2: Davesport is hellaaaaaaa overrated. I get why people ship it. It has much potential. But honestly it's the only thing the fandom talks about and Im getting tired of it. Where's my Steven contact? Where's my Peter or Dee contact? Where's the phone guys, Henry, Jacktrap or hell even Davetrap contact? Where's the angst connect on the Kennedy siblings? The only endings this fandom talks about are like the Gnarly Endings even tho I think the good ending and pure evil endings in dsaf2 are much better better than the gnarly end. Contact of the legacy routes are almost non existent ESPECIALLY on the legacy route of 2 and when there's is. It's davesport angst. How about we make angst about how Jack literally kills his motherfucking sister that he literally died for in an even more curler dsaf3 legacy route. I also hate how much the fandom mischaracterizes it. No they aren't uwu gay boys, no they don't have a perfect relationship. Their relationship is fucking unhealthy, flawed and bittersweet. (No Im not saying davesport is a pr*ship don't accuse me of that, although it's an unhealthy relationship it's not an ab**ive one). Dave literally stalks Jack, he has cameras on his house for the real Fredbear's sake. Yes I know they're treated like jokes, yes I know that Jack doesn't seem to mind, yes I know that Dave & Jack ARE capable of being in a somewhat normal relationship, with Flipside Dave at least. But still that's not healthy. They are literally willing to kill eachother if they're opposite! Those are two dead courses that have been stripped almost completely out of all their humanity thanks to that pink fuck Henry. Obviously they won't be sweet and caring to eachother or anyone really. If you like Davesport at the very least actually protey it correctly.
