Sexuality Headcanon: gay VERY gay Gender Headcanon: man aligned enby because i said so ♥ A ship I have with said character: kakagai...literally...nobody else no ONE...the rivalry thing DOES exist but it’s mostly made up slkdfdhs esp. if you compare theirs to sasuke and naruto’s (where they actually want to like. kill each other)...they’re a STAPLE in all stages of each other’s lives and their so called rivalry is lit rally an excuse to spend time together and become Better at what they do...they are v different at a surface level but at their core they’re incredibly similar!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! theirs is a story about friendship and bonding over shared grief and trauma and pain and—like i mentioned in the prev. ask about sasuke—about how DIFFERENT two ppl can turn out depending on how they deal with the aforementioned events...it’s about taking each other as they are. abt not giving up on each other...like...ever. IK ITS NOT THAT DEEP BUT ALSO IT IS. and the fact that they got to...CANONICALLY enjoy ninja retirement together warms my heart every time i remember it...LOVE WINS!!!! A BROTP I have with said character: him and tenzo/yamato LIKE goddddddddddd talk about shared trauma ugh ugh ugh he literally found tenzo and never ever ever once judged him and just was like wow...you’re traumatized kiddo...so am i...we should be friends <3 and they became so. close. kakashi trusted him with his team when he was in the hospital...like...ugh i love tenzo sm as a character and i do feel like him and kakashi make a great team.  A NOTP I have with said character: kakaobi i genuinely dont get it and i dont think i ever will ugh...nothing against kakairu lmao it makes more sense but they interact like four times in the entire series KJADFHSDKFJSH when gai is RIGHT.
