He didn’t see any. “I promise,” he said, his voice coming out in a whisper.

“I—” you began but stopped when there was a knock on the door.

“Miguel!” Emily called from the other side of the door, pounding as she spoke. “Miguel! Open up, mi amor, I know you’re home!”

You and Miguel stared at each other for a moment, frozen in time. Miguel always regretted his inaction in that moment; he wondered, often, what his life would have been like if he’d acted faster. Maybe he wouldn’t be a divorced single father had he reacted quicker. Maybe you would have been Mrs. Miguel Galindo…

…maybe he would have been happy.

Instead, he had stood up, facing the door, and that one movement was enough to put up a wall between the two of you.

“I’m drunk,” you had announced, jumping off the couch and pulling your shoes on, “I think I may be slightly more drunk than I thought.”

“Y/N—”

“—I should go. I’m gonna go,” you said as Emily continued knocking, “Uh… I’m gonna sneak out the back,” you decided, turning towards the balcony.

“Yeah,” he agreed, already walking towards the front door even though every part of him wanted to stay with you, “okay… I’ll, uh, see you later.”

“Right,” you nodded, not looking at him, “See ya, Miguel.”

And with that, you walked out of his apartment, and he only ever saw you in passing or in groups of people. He invited you to his wedding, more out of obligation than an actual desire to share that day with you, but you said you couldn’t make it. You had sent a nice gift in your place, though, and Miguel couldn’t help but picture your face as he held his new bride’s hand.

Now he was single, and you were… with some guy? Miguel’s eyes squinted as he regarded the man you’d brought as your date. He was an academic type, judging from the width of his forehead and his wimpy little arms, and he was new money, Miguel could tell. He wasn’t worthy of you—not that any man besides himself was—and he watched, unimpressed, as the man followed you around, barely keeping up with you as you flittered around the party.

“She looks beautiful.” Miguel looked up to see his ex-wife, Emily, standing next to him, a glass of champagne in her hands as she stared over at you, a soft smile on her face. “Y/N,” she clarified when Miguel didn’t respond, “she looks beautiful, don’t you think?”

He nodded, taking a sip from his own glass. “Yes, she does,” he agreed, eyes on you. You had been laughing with Dita when your little nerd boyfriend had come over and stolen your attention.

“You should ask her to dance,” Emily counseled. Her smile widened at the skeptical look on Miguel’s face at her words. “I’m not blind, Miguel. I know you’ve always had feelings for her.” She shrugged. “I used to think that you loved her, and that was fine, because you loved me more.” She gave a humorless laugh. “We wasted so much time trying to force a love that had died a long time ago, didn’t we, Miguel?”

“We did,” he said, turning to look at her. He felt a strange sense of affection for her in that moment; nothing sexual, just… He was glad his friend was there. “I often think about how things would be if you’d stayed with EZ, and I…”

“…Had stayed with Y/N?” She finished. “I always wondered… Did the two of you ever…?”

“We kissed,” he answered, “once, in college. That was all.” He could hear the bitterness in his voice.

“Hm,” Emily nodded, crossing her arms and watching you with Miguel, “that’s too bad…”

“What do you know about him?” Miguel asked, inclining his head towards you and the pencil pusher you’d brought with you.

She laughed. “Not much. But if I had to bet, I’d say he was just another place holder…” She smiled up at him, her eyes twinkling. “…for someone better.”

Miguel nodded, gulping down the last of his champagne before placing the glass on the nearest table. Someone better. “Thank you,” he said, dropping a soft kiss to the top of Emily’s head as he walked past her. He strode over to you, eyes focused on you and you only, and came to stand behind you. “Excuse me,” he said, flashing you a dazzling smile, “can I have this dance?”

Your pretty eyes widened in surprise, but you nodded, agreeing to the dance. Miguel held out his hand, smirking over at the human calculator that was your date, and led you to the dancefloor. He put his hands on your hips and swayed with you, smiling down at you and feeling happier and more at peace than he had in a long, long time.

“It’s good to see you,” he said, “You look… You look beautiful.”

You smiled shyly. “Thanks, Miguel. You look very handsome yourself,” you licked your lips, and Miguel wanted to lick them too, “I saw you talking with Emily. That’s good.”

“She was just telling me to shoot my shot,” he said honestly, “with you,” he clarified, “We both agreed that we wasted too much time with the wrong people.”

“Oh,” you said, eyes wide, “You… You did?”

He nodded, chuckling at the shock on your face. Did you really not know how he felt? If things went well, he looked forward to showing you just what it meant to be loved by Miguel Galindo. “Yeah, but I see now that you have a boyfriend—”

“—He isn’t my boyfriend,” you said quickly, “he’s just a friend from work.” You smiled, clearing your throat and trying to come off as less eager, which only made Miguel that much fonder of you. “I don’t have a boyfriend. I’m single.”

“Listen, mi corazon,” he said, his voice smooth and even, “I know I kissed you before, but I didn’t do it right. Can I try again?”

“Yes,” you breathed out, “please.”

Miguel felt his knees go weak at that ‘please’. Grateful and slightly proud of himself for staying upright, Miguel bent down and kissed you. His mouth moved against yours slow and careful, and he moved a hand to your neck, angling your head to get better access to your lips. You fit against him perfectly, you were made for this—for him—and Miguel was made for you. Finally, he was forced to pull back so the two of you could breathe. He smiled down at you when he saw the affection in your eyes—the same affection, he thought, that was reflected in his. “You see,” he said, both hands on either side of your face now, “this time, there won’t be anything getting in the way.” He stared down at you, and man… He wanted to devour you, wanted to pull you to him and never let you go—so much so, that he couldn’t even keep the desire and possessiveness out of his eyes, he knew you could see it.

And you smiled.

Miguel kissed you again, hard and rough, his lips moving against yours as his tongue slipped into your mouth and his hands kept you close. He broke the kiss, both of you breathing heavily, and stared down at you. “We need to get out of here,” he said, voice low, “now.”

You grinned, and he wanted to feel that grin against his lips again…and for the rest of his life. “You want to just leave the wedding?” You asked, giggling as Miguel took your hand and started to lead you through the crowd. “What will people say?”

“They’ll say ‘thank God, they didn’t stay and I didn’t have to see Miguel Galindo fuck Y/N in the middle of the ballroom’,” he said back, stopping once you got to the edge of the dancefloor to kiss you again, “I wasted so much time,” he murmured against your lips, “so much time when I should have been loving you…” He sighed. “I have so much to make up for…”

You wrapped your arms around his shoulders, smiling up at him with those irresistible eyes that he adored, “Let’s start now,” you said, “c’mon, jefe, take me home…”

And he did.

From then on, Miguel pulled out all the stops, showering you with all of the love, affection, and attention he wished he’d shown you all those years ago. It took you a while, at first, to get used to being so spoiled, but eventually you did. And Miguel made sure to keep his first promise to you, the one he’d made in his college apartment so long ago—

—keeping you safe from spiders.

On your 10-year anniversary, after enduring some friendly ribbing from Nestor and his wife, you brought a bouquet into the room, your diamond ring glittering in the sun. Emily had sent it, congratulating you both on your anniversary and wishing you 10 more years of marital bliss. You placed the flowers on a ledge in the living room, right next to the picture Nestor had taken the day of his wedding, of you and Miguel connected by the lips in the middle of the dancefloor.

It was Miguel’s favorite picture.

PERSONALITY

Good personality traits: observant, calculating, protective Bad personality traits: mistrustful, dishonest, aggressive 

Fitz comes across as very confident and in control, and at ease in his skin. The truth couldn’t be farther from it. He works hard to put forward the easy front he does --- and some days he can’t tell which one is more real. He has a dishonest smile that masquerades as honest, and a tendency to manipulate those around him when necessary to shed suspicion off himself. He can be almost charming at times, at least extremely amiable. Despite all this, Fitz is not rash or impulsive -- in fact everything he does is carefully calculated, though he goes to great lengths so it does not come across as so. The one place he feels truly effortless is on the ice.

He finds it hard to truly allow people close to him and to really see beyond the most superficial layers of himself. Furthermore, there is a deep-seated fear of not being enough and being forgotten ; he finds it easier to not let anyone close so there’s less chance of this happening.

THE STORY ( i rly was gunna try to write this nice and eloquently but... u get this instead 😔 )

— fitz was born to up and coming spanish actress reyna alvarez in chicago. the result of a messy one-night stand, but reyna ultimately decided to keep the baby. he is indeed named after fitzwilliam darcy from pride and prejudice bc his mother’s first breakout role was in a film adaptation of the book and she loved the book after reading it. how unfortunate for him.

— his birth father was never in the picture, but the man he would come to know as his father came into the picture a year or so after his birth. already one of the top architects in north america, paul robert phenix was in chicago for a conference and he and reyna fell in love. fitz has been told it’s was all very romantic. so then the happy family moved to pittsburgh where his father’s architecture firm was based.

— despite growing up with two parents who raked in a fair amount of cash, they made sure nothing was just given to fitz. they’d both had their humble beginnings and big believers in tough love, they made sure not to spoil their son. they did however make sure he was sheltered from the media when it poked around and the two things they did pay for without question were his education and sports.

— he started playing hockey when he was six after seeing a pens game on tv while they were out at dinner and knowing he just had to do it --- and never stopped. he got recruited to the us national team development program when he was sixteen and spent his last two years of high school in michigan living with a billet family most do who are with the program, which gave him a huge sense of “normalcy.” but really he was far from normal, his development taking great steps over those two years leading up to his draft year.

— queue the cale ma/kar career claim lads aka all the hockey development & logistics u can probably skip if u don’t care laksdjf: 

 one year before graduation and a draft, he vocally committed to playing at university of massachusetts - amherst. he went fourth overall to the la kings in the 2017 draft ( yeah technically irl that pick belonged to the avs but sh ), and proceeded to remain loyal to his commitment and play two years at umass despite his new top five prospect status. he was put into a first pair role from the start of his freshman year ( 2017-18 ), was a huge part in bringing the umass team up from the bottom of the standings. he plays for team usa in world juniors 2017 and 2018.

his sophomore year ( 2018-19 ), they make it all the way to the frozen four. fitz gets announced as the hobey baker winner and the day after they get knocked out of the tournament. not long after that he signs his entry contract with the kings and finishes out the season with them. he scores his first nhl goal on his first shot in game 3 of the first round of playoffs irl the kings don’t make playoffs but again shh. they get knocked out in the first round and fitz goes home and trains harder than ever.

he come back to kings training camp the next season ( 2019-20 ) more determined than ever to make the team. he does so out of camp and has an incredible rookie campaign. he gets injured in december and misses a few games but is back mid-january. fitz is given the calder ( award that goes to the best rookie in the nhl ) at the end of the season. technically cale hasn’t won this yet but we all know he will.

— la is a bustling city and fitz is a fan of one night stands : he just doesn’t feel like he has time for a relationship and hookups scratch that itch. he’s not an asshole about it, really. there is typically that understanding that this is a one time, no strings attached thing. but this one girl he sleeps with in march obviously does not get this memo and continues to not get the memo. she starts seriously stalking him in the following months and eventually he gets a restraining order against her ( use ur imagination kids ). he’s not really comfortable staying in his own apartment downtown for the time being though after he still sees her around. he stays with a teammate until the season ends, which then brings us to his connection to tercet court.

— paul robert phenix, now world reknowned architect, had a hand in designing several of the homes on tercet court, including one in the style of old money spanish mediterrianian villas that he designed with his wife in mind to be their new home. fitz’s mother had loved the house and moved in for a few years after the court opened but with her taking fewer roles up in the movie industry and getting exceedingly more lonely, she decided to embrace the more nomadic livestyle of her husband and moved out about a year and a half ago. since then the home stood vacant ( though certainly still cared for by several paid landscapers and maids ) until fitz’s dilemma arose a few months ago.

— a few phone calls and a begrudging agreement to pay the extremely steep taxes on the place for the year ( again, tough love and fitz may be a pro-athlete but he’s still making less than a million a year with his entry level contract ), and fitz moved in about two months ago ( say mid-may ).

MISC

— tri-lingual. father is french-canadian and his mother is spanish. needless to say he grew up a little confused. that worked itself out soon enough though. uses he uses quebois french in-season kind of frequently to talk to a couple teammates. really only uses his spanish to talk to his mother and family.

— since moving in fitz has filled the mansion with plants. he absolutely does not seem like a plant guy but he is... absolutely loves it. his major at umass was kinesology bc he thought it would be the most helpful and knew he wasn’t going to graduate but he snuck in some out-of-major classes on horticulture. truly just likes plants a lot. they don’t judge him.

— probably set up his own puck shooting pad in the backyard. why not there’s enough space. he had to retrieve a couple pucks from the bottom of the pool though which has been good incentive to not miss the net lmao. he also has revamped one of the rooms in the house to have synthetic ice.

— runs in the morning before it gets hot. skates a few days of the week in the afternoon. home gym in the house is definitely a perk but he prefers to work out with others because it feels more productive.

— probably drives like. a range rover.

— offensive defenseman. likes to jump up in the rush and is good at break out passes as well as zone entry. earned his place quarterbacking the first powerplay towards the end of the season. he can be quite physical when he needs to be though and don’t ever go after his goalie. — he’s not a recluse by any means, but he has no desire to built connections in tercet court so probably hasn’t actively reached out. they’re likely to have met outside of the small community or if your character forcibly came and introduced themselves. or if they knew each other already mayhaps??

— oh and he’s bi. like really really bi. obv not advertised given his career path but he’s not having some crisis over it either. it just is. probably has a stack of nda’s next to the condoms ready to go at anytime alsdkfj.

NATALIE: 

- The oldest daughter

- EM of Void 

- Weapon: Staff (that she uses as a bat sometimes which annoys Lloyd to no end); it’s ironic considering how her fighting style is more…brute force to say the least. Her philosophy is “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it,” which is why she hasn’t bothered changing to a weapon other than her first training weapon. 

- She’s laid back, but not as open with her negative emotions (not that she doesn’t want to or can’t she just prefers to handle things on her own. She goes to her friends and family if she really does need it though!). 

- She’s so fucking stubborn she will beat u to death 

- She’s not spoiled persay, but more like she’s not used to having to share a small place with 7 other people. Her dad is rich, and she misses her bedroom and bathroom. Also like not having access to shit like a bunch of cute outfits?Makeup? Kill her. (She complained a lot at first (she was like 15 leave her alone), so Lloyd called her Princess to make fun of her, but now it’s an affectionate nickname I’m so soft for them). 

- She loves her family so much and she e m b o d i e s the big sister energy trope. She’d die for them and does not take any shit from anyone she is LOUD and will throw a fit she will beat u to death. She’s so compassionate when need be though and I love her so much she shows such a sweet and soft compassion jdkej

MIGUEL + HYEON:

- Childhood best friends I’m so soft 

- Been dating since they were like 16, engaged at like 18, and been married for almost three decades THEY’RE! SO! SOFT! 

- Miguel is Black Latino and Hyeon is Korean (also trans my b apey…) 

- Miguel is the EM of Void, Hyeon is the EM of Light (paleman has no rights) 

- They both got enlisted into the Serpentine War when they’re fresh out of middle school (13/14), and fought for some time with the promise of properly honing their powers. It became too much for Miguel and after a really intense and painful injury while using his powers he went back home for his mental and physical health. Hyeon, having a strong sense of duty and responsibility due to his powers allowing him to heal as well as fight, stayed for a lot longer. However, he eventually left after an injury too due to the overuse of his powers. By overworking himself and his powers, he essentially stunted them (like how gymnasts can stunt their growth), and now it hurts to use them when performing actions he could previously do with ease. His eye color shifted to his natural brown with bits of purple to reflect this “disconnect.” After reuniting, they both get married and live a peaceful life and have their three kids: Natalie, Iris, and Hector. Hyeon finishes his education and actually go into the biomed engineering field. Miguel is a stay-at-home dad. They only start fighting again when shit gets ROUGH during the series. 

HECTOR:

- The youngest bapey 

- Doesn’t have any powers which is why he just has blue and brown eyes ( in our canon powers make your eye color all funky but without them u get a natural one) Blue from Miguel, brown from Hyeon. 

- F e r a l B a b y 

- like 5 in the pilots he so small 

- not munch on him since he does not play a big role in the series he’s just sweet and affectionate! He does have a bigger role in s9 though. 

IRIS:

- The middle child 

- EM of Light 

- Weapon: I’d like to think its throwing knives. Her dexterity/speed score is 10000/10. She just n y o o m 

- She’s just like Miguel just so soft and warm. She’s squishy, but will kill u still. 

- She’s more chilled out and less impulsive than Nat. She’s more quiet, but can read people very well.

- When she was young she had really bad selective mutism and anxiety, but eventually grew out of it. Kinda. It can still really affect her sometimes in battle. She will just freeze up and can’t handle having to think so quickly in such a dangerous situation. She did really poorly at first, but has improved in her battle tactics. Like Nat she grew up in a really affluent environment, so she just isn’t used to these high stakes like the other ninja. She tries her best though, and has a good heart and intentions. Kids gravitate towards her because of her soft smile and tone of voice. 

- Although she’s more chilled out, she won’t hesitate to roast you. In that aspect she’s more like Hyeon where she can sometimes be a little judgey and bitter towards idiots. S9 is definitely very rough for her and she becomes a bit more agitated than usual because of the loss of Hyeon and Nat (for a time). She doesn’t become jaded though she’s just as expressive and emotional as ever and that’s what’s so good about her. She’s extremely resilient compared to others. Kai really appreciates that about her. She’s the light in the darkness at times (which is a motif in my fan season Duality where she is the MC hehe).

A = Attractive (What do they find attractive about the other?)

What hawk finds most attractive about you is your kindness. You’re literally the sweetest person to everyone you meet and he likes to think that if he knew you when he was Eli, you still would have dated him. You didn’t care about the muscles or the tattoo or the hair. You genuinely loved him and were always kind to him even when he was being an ass. 

B = Baby (Do they want a family? Why/Why not?)

He’s not sure about whether he wants kids or not. He’s kind of just enjoying being young and having fun right now, and he never actually thought he’d get married before, but he’d be open to it later on down the line if it was something you really wanted. 

C = Cuddle (How do they cuddle?)

For as much game as he talks, this boy is a LITTLE SPOON. He loves being held by you, and sometimes can’t fall asleep unless your arms are wrapped around him. In public, he’s always the one with his arm around you, hugging you from behind, putting on that alpha male persona, but when it’s just you guys he’s a total puppy. 

D = Dates (What are dates with them like?)

Hawk likes to take you to parties. You guys can drink, dance, hang out with your friends, it’s the perfect place in his opinion. But for more private occasions like your anniversary, he likes a nice picnic on the beach. He’d make PB&J’s for you guys (and cut off your crusts), pack some juice boxes, and bring a big giant blanket (and condoms shhh) for you guys. 

E = Everything (You are my ____ (e.g. my life, my world…)

You’re my happy place. Hawk thinks of you as the best thing that’s ever happened to him. Whenever he feels frustrated from training or insecure about his scar or angry at Demitri, he knows he can always go to you for support and you’ll make him forget all about that stuff. He’s never not smiling when you’re around. 

F = Feelings (When did they know they were in love?)

He first knew he loved you when you said his scar was cute. It’s always been his biggest insecurity, and even when you guys first went out, he always just assumed you just tried not to look at it and look at his hair or muscles instead. But when you told him you liked it, thought it gave him character and looked kind of tough, his heart shot through the roof. This beautiful, ethereal, magnetically charming girl thought his scar, his deformity, was cute?! Love on sight. 

G = Gentle (Are they gentle? If so, how?)

He’s more gentle than you would think, but still not as gentle as, say, Miguel. He would never hurt you or make you do anything you don’t want to do, but he likes to rough house, play wrestle, and tease you a little bit. He likes to sneak up behind you, pick you up and spin you around, and ruffle your hair as a “good morning” every day. 

H = Hands (How do they like to hold hands?)

Hawk is holding your hand all. The. damn. Time. He likes everyone to know who you belong to. Inside, he’s still a little insecure and nervous that you’ll decide you can do better and leave him, so he finds holding your hand reassuring, especially when you run your thumb over the back of his hand. 

I = Impression (What was their first impression?)

His first impression of you was honestly not good. You were friends with Samantha Larusso so he just assumed you were stuck up and snobby. The first time you guys actually talked was at a party. You were pacing nervously outside because your friends had left, your phone died, and you had no way to get home. Hawk took pity on you and offered to give you a ride on his motorcycle, and you guys ended up driving all over town, talking, laughing, drinking milkshakes, and you quickly made plans to hang out the next day. 

J = Jealousy (Do they get jealous?)

He is the most jealous boy, mostly because he’s insecure that you’ll leave him for someone else. Sometimes you think it’s hot, but if it ever bothers you, he’ll make a conscious effort to work on himself and trust that you’ll always come back to him. 

K = Kiss (How do they kiss? Who initiated the first kiss?)

Your first kiss was the sweetest moment ever. You guys were sitting on the beach one night talking about all your deep thoughts. He started telling you how he was super insecure about his lip scar and thought no girl would ever want to kiss him before he got the mohawk and muscles. “Well I can think of one girl who would love to kiss you.” At this, he looked at you with pure shyness, and you leaned in and gave him a sweet kiss. Now, his kisses can range anywhere from sweet and loving, to possessive and dominant. You love them all. 

L = Love (Who says ‘I love you’ first?)

He knew he was in love with you when you first talked about nerdy shit with him and Demitri. He always thought he couldn’t like nerdy stuff like Dr. Who or girls wouldn’t like him, so when Demitri brought it up while you three were hanging out, he panicked. But then you started talking about the new trailer and how excited you were for a female Dr. and he fell in love on the spot. 

M = Memory (What’s their favourite memory together?)

His favorite memory with you is that time he needed to touch up his hair color and you asked if you could do it for him. You got him a little poncho (garbage bag but shhh), parted his hair in neat little sections, and touched up the dye. You guys had such a fun time, you gushed about how good his hair looked down, and it ended up looking way better than when he did it himself. Now every time he needs a touch up he comes to you.

Hawk doesn’t generally spoil you with material things. You both would much rather spend your time and money on memories, or food. Of course on your birthday and anniversaries he gets you little gifts, but generally speaking, his love language leans more towards quality time. 

O = Orange (What colour reminds them of their other half?)

Lavender reminds him of you. Soft, sweet, feminine. He thinks it looks amazing on you, too. He’s actually thought about dying his mohawk lavender next just to feel closer to you. 

P = Pet names (What pet names do they use?)

Princess. That’s the biggest one. Sometimes angel, or babygirl. 

Q = Quaint (What is their favourite non-modern thing?)

His favorite non-modern thing is old muscle cars. He’s saving up to buy an old Corvette one day. It’s one of his big goals in life. He wants to have a mohawk made for the car, too, so everyone knows how cool he is. 

R = Rainy Day (What do they like to do on a rainy day?)

Little secret about Hawk, he loves to cook. When it’s raining outside, he likes to have you come over and make a big meal with him. Maybe chicken pot pie, steaks, or pad thai, and sit on the couch eating and watching old movies. 

S = Sad (How do they cheer themselves/others up?)

Unfortunately, Hawk used to be an expert at being sad back before he joined Cobra Kai. The way he likes to deal with it is generally just crying. He likes to let it all out, be alone, collect himself, and then maybe watch a movie or hang out with you. If you’re sad, his first question is “who do I have to beat up?” If it’s not from a person, he’ll take you on an adventure. Hikes, long drives, exploring new places, just to get your mind off it. 

T = Talking (What do they like to talk about?)

Umm karate. It literally changed his life. He loves to tell you about the new moves he learned in training, talk about the tournaments coming up, or the rivalry between Cobra Kai and Myagi-Do. And you’re a sucker for gossip so you love to hear about it. 

U = Unencumbered (What helps them relax?)

Music, soft blankets, the tiredness after a workout, a good hot meal, and he loves to watch cringe compilations on Youtube. 

V = Vaunt (What do they like to show off? What are they proud of?)

Ever since his transformation from Eli to Hawk, this boy likes to show off everything, all the time. His hair, his tattoos, his muscles, his fighting skills, his sarcasm, his girl… 

W = Wedding (When, how, where do they propose?)

He proposes to you about 6 months into your relationship with a ring pop outside of a gas station. You both knew it was a joke, but honestly started referring to each other as fiance and never stopped. Then, about 3 years later, he got you a real ring and took your hand and said “about time we actually do this, huh?” Of course, he took you to the same gas station where he had “proposed” the first time. Not the most romantic thing looking in on it, but to you guys, it was perfect. 

X = Xylophone (What’s their song?)

He proposes to you multiple times! Of course he thinks about it. He wants you guys to be together forever! 

Z = Zebra (If they wanted a pet, what would they get?)

A hawk! It’s his signature symbol, of course he thinks it would be super badass to actually have a pet hawk. He would name it Desmond, and get it a tiny little mohawk.

ROTTMNT: Human AU, some design HCs and random HC

@bootyyshaker9000 This is so long i'm so sorry i just gonna make a post about it i don't wanna flow your dms or anything, so I wrote this down in paper and in spanish so forgive me if my english is shitty and it took so damn long, btw HI!!!~ How you doing honey?

My Heart Ache a Lot (cuzhessopreciousicantbrah)

~ My son Mikey I can't let anybody hurt you. (Btw, Leon call him Miguelito). He struggles a little with puberty, mostly with ocasional acne. His brothers constantly remind him of being careful to not get scars from pinching the pimples obsessively.

~ MIXED BRAH U CANT' TELL ME OTHER WISE, 1/2 cups of african-american and 1/2 cups of latino spice and PUFF yOU GOT CINNAMON ROLL THAT COULD ACTUALLY KILL YOU.

~ Cocoa skin (with that yellow undertone, you know?). Thin hair, curly, natural and the most bouncy-est(?) hair, a little above the chin lenght, tied up in a bun when he's busy making art.

~ Button nose, surrounded by some freckles. With really big, almond eyes. His face gets pinkish when it's to damn hot, he's doing to much work or is REALLY angry.

~ I think I gotta bring up how nice his smile is, he got that smile, that shows up just his upper teeth row, the upper lip disappears and it goes way up his cheeks and then it sinks in his dimples. Art.

~ Mikey ain't that young but his height, complexion and even facial features makes him look a lot younger in comparison to his brothers, he could be like 25 and ppl would still think he's in highschool, never aging ppl.

~Had this beautiful dreads, with the tips colored differently once in a while. Now he's growing his hair to have larger dreads, so he can paint em a different color each and have em in high up-do, like a rubberband ball.

~ Mikey would wear every fucking color, get the fuck away with toxic masculinity p l e a s e. Fits anything 10/10. But loves sports clothing (Matching ones are the BEST) he find's it refreshing and really comfy since Miguel is really active, so if he's needs to go usain bolt he GOES OFF and you can imagine sneakers don't last with him. Probably, every single piece of clothing he owns has at least a minor stain from some sort of paint.

~Wears headbands, sometimes really neat designs and then straight out "what the hell is this vomit stain garbage Mikey?" (from Donnie, mostly).

~ Has fake piercings. He's got several in his ears. He wants to have em for real, older brothers just keep telling him that "when he gets older".

Plus: We all know how the turtles are sneaky sneaky, tricky tricky and rad skillyz skillyz being ninjas but in this human AU his brothers got nothing on him like he's flexible as hell, he comes down the stairs like the exorcist bitch or that other bitch on the ring and scares the shit out of Leon and Raph, can touch his calfs with his neck that kind of stuff. And he doesn't run, he travels back to 1955 to save Marty McFly ass.

~ Not so long ago I made a post about how Leon is a Latino, quote:

"I can clearly see how Leon is totally a Latino. Like: thick wavy hair, with really small monolid eyes, and medium light skin (latinos know what the hell i'm talking about, those kids that get told they have "ojos de chinito" and rock the neapolitan tanning: caramel where the sunlight hits, milky way where it doesn't and pink when it's too much sun for the day) and then Donnie is this asian™ bean, so, sometimes they are mistaken as blood related brothers (Mostly cuz the eyez) and the stripes are the tanning y'all."

~ In addition, recently someone WOKE™ me up and reveled to me as in a prophecy, that Leon is Half-Chilenian, Half-Argentinian.

~ TBH yall, i just want my boy to do his thing and do them Fornite dances while some dope ass cumbias are playing, this is straight up my dream for real.

~Leon got those damn thick eyebrows more than Raph, plucks em to give em shape.

~Has a lot of scars. Leon is very active as Miguel but he is a troublemaker. Got several scars from fights: face, knees, knuckles, arms, legs. And that one time he came running to get his juice, slipped and smashed into the stove glass.

~Has wavy thick hair, keeps the top messy and fluffy and the rest shorter, undercut typo.

~LEON. USES. GLASSES. Period. But don't use em regulary, mainly cuz he's so active and sometimes clumsy and would rather not buy glasses everytime he goes out.

(Donnie, probably): "Leon, why don't you use your glasses? You are making your eyes even smaller trying to read that sign"

(Dumbo): "No, no! que dices weon? I only need the glasses when i'm reading!"

~Loves stripes in his clothing. In any shape and thickness.

~Low-key uses Donnie button up shirts because he does think Donnie looks so well in em, but he's a little more broad than him (Thicc bacc, bicc arms) so he had tear some up, or pop a button or too.

~Guy who would wear anything and don't give a shit if he doesn't have a defined style. One day he's with that graphic tee, flashy bermudas and some sandals and the other day using some jeans, saggy big sweater, a beret and some fine boots.

~ Loves boots more than sneakers. Got good traction with em. But no one can replace las CHANCLAS i'm telling you, he's so comfortable flipping & flopping.

~ He's hairy. Really hairy. Don't shave, except the faice. He's got that baby face and the trace of where the beard could be. It ain't that thick sandpaper beard aftershave tho, Raph taught him the tricks to the silk road.

~Them sideburns tho, neAT-O.

~He ain't got former training, just some random stuff he's learned from Donnie and Raph. Nontheless, he's the trickster and can go dirty on fighting just to save his ass. But sometimes, his big mouth saves his dumb ass from trouble. (2/100 times, the other 98 times it makes it worse)

~Plus: He's into parkour a lot. Takes Mikey out so he can tag some walls uphigh. These trips are the reason he gets in fights more than his other brothers, he's gotta stick out for his brother in case shit goes down, but mostly because he's a loudmouth and sometimes he deserves it cuz he starts the fire tbh.

The thing goes RAP - PHA - PHA

~ Raph, my soft boy. He still BIG™, ain't ripped like a physiculturist, gotta admit, abs are in fact chocolate abs but got a chunky yet funky tone to it. Big ass arms, to strong to carry my depression and smash all my worries.

~ Obviously African-American, I just imagine this warm undertone to his skin. Thick eyebrows (plucks out his unibrow, and nothing more, that natural angled eyebrow perfect as it is).

~ Hairy complexion (but not as hairy as Leo) to pull out a balbo beard, faded to his hair, then starts the faded high top, (not that high tho) with that cotton natural hair (raph is just my dream tbh).

~ My boy rocks denim everything. But got this particular worn off denim jacket he treats like one of his extremities. It's kinda saggy, old, several splashes of god knows what substances... But he wears it like the most precious thing, his brothers got him for his birthday, selling candy bars and other sweet goodies. Made him cry like a bitch.

~ Snaggletooth fang. I got this random HC that Raph got it in a fight with one of his brothers when he was younger. His first tooth after his decidious teeth, he was so happy, finally "maturing" in his words. In his younger years he struggled a LOT with angry issues, (mainly, as the oldest, he understood a little big more about the rejection above the city for mutants, and built up this feeling of despite).

One day, one of his brothers made him really fucking angry, they got in a physical fight, that ended with his crooked fang, but yet, Raph is BIG and he can't measure his strenght sometimes. Then, his brother is crying in pain, screaming how bad can he treat his brother, as if he didn't love them, just as the people above.

He wasn't angry cuz the teeth (cuz he showed it off, like it made him an adult already), he broke down because he was always feeling so damn angry, being the oldest and yet he was beating their younger siblings over some dumb shit and treated them like people in the surface would. Raph is challenged each day, when he sees his face in the mirror, with the tooth projecting outwards as reminder of all the rage he had to let go to protect their brothers, to make a change on his perspective and emotions, to keep their family and himself happy.

I think this mind set change was the thing that settled Raph as a leader. He got stronger, not physicially, but mentally and emocionally, for the sake of his family.

This HC can be translated somehow to the Human AU but i'm not sure the origin of Raph's rage yet.

~ Would wear any shirt that has anything he likes, PLUS if it is in red. He just loves red. He's the only one obvious with their color preference. Red caps, shirts, jackets, pants and tons of sneakers.

~ Likes jeans but loves that kind of bermuda cut shorts and not all the way down pants. He's got some C A L F S with capitals.

~ Luckily, he does wear matching socks. (We can't see Don's most of the time but Raph shows more leg so).

~Wrist wrist wrist wrist wrist wrist. Loves wrist accesories and probably would wrap around anything on his wrist.

~He's got that classic™ Rock Lee from Naruto bandages from training and work out and sometimes he's just to tired to take off the shin pads.

~Don't show em much but got some big ass brass knuckles in his pockets in case someone messes the fuck up with his brothers. (He would easily let go if it was just him, he's a master of templance, but be warned: not with his family)

Plus: Got one tatto, in his back, below the neck, this celtic rune (we know that celtic runes have several meanings, so he took one with various that would fit him) a Gebo, that can mean partnership, generosity and sacrifice.

DONNA TELL EM

~ For starts, Donnie is my asian bean. Creamy pale skin, monolid eyes, with that puffy under eyelid, of course noticeable dark circles, but he got that EYESMILE BOI. (You know that people who kept straight face but the eyes are just screaming happiness??? That kind of eyesmile)

~ Hair black, thin, straight cut (his hair is kinda wavy) at his shoulder's lenght, got that fade styling in the back tho, usually wrapped in a high ponytail/bun. (Mikey loves to mess with his hair).

~ He's got that thin eyebrow hair, so, he fills em up to make them thicker, so gives him more of an assertive feature. (Also he is jealous of Leo and Raph eyebrows, nontheless edge so sharp to cut a bitch) Got that hairless complexion so not much about facial hair.

~ Obviously keeps them THIGHS™. (So far, to me their complexion on the show is the same as in the human AU so... ) Jeans were invented to the sole purpose to fit Donnie so well.

~To wear, jeans are a go to, but damn sweatpants comfy AF. Big old sweatshirts, swearters and hoodies. Underneat, digs button shirts, short or long, never with flashy prints, yet some minor deco, (to him is all in the elegance....). Raph and Donnie share an interest on sneakers, so he can wear like 1 hoodie for 10 days straight but a different sneaker each.

~But wears missmatched socks like the fuck out of here BOI, looking neat and clean and you come out with this yeeyee ass bullshit.

~ Donnie hides the fact that he's riPPED under the hoodies and sweatpants often, (he's tall as shit and his brothers calling him spagethi bOI don't help much) so people make the assumption he's the weakest of his brothers. He's the only graduated on black belt on Karate and knows his shit on MMA. On his younger years he was indeed saved many times by Raph's strenght, Mikey's swiftyness and Leon's cunning. This "being the weak" complex got to his head and started training solo. His brothers are amazed of Donnie's self-improvement and he often disguises it as the "i did it so i wouldnt be the weakest, you better watch out when i supass yall" but they all know he suffered inmensely seeing his brothers hurt because of him, so if they go down he does too, to protect them.

Plus: Complementary headphones with neon designs, blasting nightcore, dubstep and DnB songs with every Donnie purchased.

BG:

In my AU, these kids grew up really poor. They learned the value of hardwork since they were really young. Like in the Teetle Universe, people see them as misfits. Especially, because they are a "patched up family" (they are not blood related) and being looked down by the economic factor, mostly.

They got some real internal issues. But, the only thing that keeps them sane is how tight their brotherhood is.

Donnie and Raph have a job and go to college. Struggle a lot with their younger siblings rebellious stage.

Leon and Mikey go to highschool and do some baked goodies or art comissions to have some sort of income. Ain't fond of school that much, real troublemakers.

April it's a freshman in college and has much more accomodated life, but somehow, she's always felt she doesn't belong to anywhere, until she meet our boys. April learns a lot of life hardships while hanging out with em.

This would be, basically the series:

April meets this guys, this is sort of a slice of life anime, with lots of comedy and fun shots, however it develops around April learning valuable lessons that will help her as an adult, about friendship, loyalty, respect, empathy and kindness, after all the things the boys are going through.

I'm not sure how am I gonna accomodate Splinter in this, but eventually I'll figure it out.

I'm not got at drawing but i'm gonna try to make some of their designs.
