Invincible Writers: But we're already getting Josh Keaton in to voice the character! It'd be wrong if he WASN'T Spider-Man!

Amazon: Hm...Okay, tell you what: You CAN make him ACT like Spider-Man, but you can't use his name or make him look ANYTHING like the character.

Invincible Writers: But he does Spider-Man things. People can tell that he's MEANT to be Spider-Man.

Amazon: Not if you make him look completely different in every capacity.
