#so uh.#just wondering.#can 1 instance of physical abuse (like actual proper hands on bad stuff) be enough to cause severe trauma#bc I keep having flashbacks to a thing that happened over a decade ago & I’ve been through like. constant childhood stress for various#reasons but this instance keeps coming back to me#bc I need to get it out I was tackled to the ground & had my arm twisted and a knee up my back when I was like 14 bc I refused to give#my foster father (my maternal uncle) my phone while he was giving me a talkin to or smth#I remember screaming but nobody came to my aid so it was pretty fucked ?#but it feels negligible bc it was just once?#idk#like if u read pls u don’t have to say anything
