you don’t have to read this rant but maybe you should

to some S stans:

her body shape, her laugh, her appearance, etc has NOTHING to do with their relationship at all, neither does it seem to be affecting shawn so i don’t get why it effects you. just because someone doesn’t fit in your expectations of beauty or “perfection” doesn’t mean they aren’t.

the fact that people are portraying her as some fame whore is a fucking JOKE because half the world probably knew who camila was before they knew shawn and that’s not even supposed to be an insult to either of them because they’re both successful as individuals and THEY ARE EQUALS

if you support shawn and not their relationship, remember that they’re also BEST FRIENDS (even if they’re not dating) i don’t know S well but i doubt he would want people hating on his friends.

and to some C stans/CS:

i get that many people believe their relationship is PR and honestly, so do i, but that doesn’t give us the right to hate on shawn for something he could have been forced into also. we’re forgetting that he could be in the same position as camila too. sending hate to him will do nothing but cause a war between C/S stans.

please, they’re BEST FRIENDS STILL and it hurts her too because of all the S stans shaming her and their friendship/relationship and her own fans creating a toxic environment

i don’t ship them and i’ll say that as many times as i want to because it’s my opinion, but if they ARE dating and happy together than i will be happy for them too and i will not hate on either of them for it because camila’s happiness comes before my own delusions

BASICALLY the point of this rant that no one probably read is that we can still have our own opinions to share amongst ourselves but DO NOT send hate or pester either of them because nobody really knows what is going on behind the scenes

i’m so sick of this toxic environment that is hurting both of our idols so please stop
