Recently I stopped drinking coffee- cold turkey! Instead I’ve opted to drinking tea from herbal to earl gray. Opting to drink tea has so many health benefits internally and externally. Don’t get me wrong I love my java but tea is a bit more calming, hydrating & helps reduce stress (which is what we all need while practicing #socialdistancing ), aids in digestion and you won’t crave snacks! I’ve also added lemon balm & ginger to mix as well!
