Request:  this is a special request from my friend @micheleamidalajedi ! She asked me for some fluff between the amazing bullet girl from Miami Dade department and a female reader. Summary: y/n is a full time employee and she is dating miss Dusquene, a CSI from Miami crime lab. They both are carrer women and the time they can spend togheter is never enough. Maybe Calleigh will be able to solve this problem ;)

It's time to call the day for you. It was so intense. Tons of things to do in the caffé, spoiled clients all over the place, many of them complaining about the quality of the service or the waiting time.

This is not even your dream job. You're just saving money to start your own activity and change your life. Moving to Miami from your hometown was really expensive and it is hard just to pay the rent now.

You eventually started to believe that would be better to go back home, to your relatives, because living in a big, caotic city as Miami is overwhelming for a lonely girl with few friends.

It was thanks to one of them that your life changed. Speed is an affectionate client and he is the one who introduce you to his co-worker, Calleigh. Beautiful, sunny - blonde girl from the south. Her way to talk catches you every time you heard their story on cases or suspects.

Little did you know that she was into girls as you are. You misunderstood her smiles and believed that she was in love with another colleague of them, Eric Delko. Who wasn't? Cool guy, bronze cuban skin, funny.... a total catch.

But she asked you out only a week after the two of you met and now it's official amoung her co-workers. They became your family here in Miami and you met them almost every day at the coffee shop.

Today was different. No one shows up till the closed timeand when it happend, it was just Delko. 《 Rough case. 》

You have no idea of how you should react. You have never faced a rough case situation before. You and Calleigh are dating since six weeks and even if it seems like a lifetime to you, you also know that it isn't enough to force her to go out after a bad day.

《 I think she will appreciate if you call the day for her too. She is still in the ballistic lab and she doesnt want to go home and take a nap. Maybe you will be able to convince her, (y/n).》

《 Erik.... This was a plan? bring me to the department, right?》

《 Yes but we are desperate.》

《 We?》

《 Well, me and Speed. So? What do you think about it?》

You try to figure out if it's a good idea. Invading her personal space this way....

But she need to rest, she works too much and it's not healthy. Also, not helping to solve a case, you guess according to the small amount of information you have about criminalistics.

《 Okay, let's give it a try》

Calleigh almost jumps on her spot when she heards you. Tim smiles malicious, crossing is arms on his chest. 《 We warned you that we were going to ask for a backup!》

《 I can't believe you two conspired behind my back! With my girlfriend!》

A soft smile rise on your lips while you approach her, gently moving her beautiful long hair behind her shoulders. 《 They are just worried for you 》

《 I know, (y/n)... but there are still so much work to do! Horatio asked me to-》

《 Don't eat properly or sleeping enough? I highly doubt that》 , you finish the sentence for her, waving a "bye" to Speed that is leavinh you to some privacy. 《 Cal, just tell me what's wrong.》

She lower her glaze for a second, before meet your (y/e/c) eyes. 《 I think I fucked up the evidence.》

《 No way you fucked up your job. The probability is too low.》

She smolders, getting a look at all the bullet in line, on the huge table in the middle of the lab. 《 I feel like I'm lost.》

Your hand reaches her cheek and, with a smile, you ask her to come closer. 《 Just come at my place. I'll prepare you a nice dinner, we can chat and cuddle a while and after a night of good rest, you'll figure out the issue. I'm sure about that. 》

She looks pale and tired, but always so beautiful. She is perfect to you and little do you know that she is thinking the same about you. 《 I wasn't able to see you for breakfast, this morning. I'm sorry.》

《 You are so full of responsibility. It's okay, Cal.》

《 No, (y/n). It's not. I want to see you every day. You make me feel much better with your own presence..... let's move in with me.》

With surprise, you look at her. 《 Do you mean... leaving togheter? Isn't too soon?》

《 Not for me》 She reach your lips and kisses them with a soft touch. 《 I already know that you are the one.》

《 I love you, bullet girl.》

《 I love you too.》
