Our pricing covers a comprehensive compliance check, personalized upgrade recommendations, revisions, and registration of the report. We also provide both 8x11 and large-format PDF versions of the final Title 24 report (24x36 Arch D or 30x42 Arch E1), ready for printing onto plan-sized sheets. This makes the process of submitting your report to the building department smooth and hassle-free.
If the building department has any comments or requests for corrections, we address them within 2 to 3 working days at no additional charge. We only charge a small revision fee for design changes that occur after the report has been registered.
