With all the fires once again burning California, my heart always goes back to the important things. To me, family is at the top of my list and fills my heart.⁠ ⁠ Remember that family traditions are all about the love behind them. Even if you're evacuated from your home for the fire, you can still show your family how much you love them by keeping even the tiniest bit of routines - or even make a new one!⁠ ⁠ It completely took me by surprise when the boys knew exactly where the face masks were, so we could go outside. Because we had made a tradition of sorts last year during the fires. They knew the drill, they knew they were safe and protected, there wasn't as much fear over it this year.⁠ ⁠ I am sending all of the beautiful families that are displaced or in danger from the fires and smokey air quality love and virtual hugs.
