Lost was an understatement.

Still Adrien offered a smile, reassuring despite the stress of the situation, and nodded slightly.

"Yeah, just a little," he admitted. "My phone must have lost connection, I can't use my GPS at all, or call anyone. I...I need a phone." Adrien realized, knowing that wouldn't go over well; the amount of trouble his bodyguard and Nathalie would get into because he called on a strange phone in the middle of some strange place!
