#life has this funny way of forcing you on the path forwards anyway (cal)#Cal drinks his ‘’respect the Jedi Order’’ juice every day#and later on Merrin Greez and Cere probs had to hold him back from potentially getting into a fight with some Mando spouting anti jedi bs#sb: the jedi order ripped children away from their families by force and bc i dont understand how the order works the kids mustve suffered#Cal: SAY THAT AGAIN TO MY FACE#he doesn’t like getting into debated about politics and ethics and philosophy#but he WILL at a bare minimum sit you down for hours debunking every single anti jedi myth and rumor out there#sb(jokingly): no attachments means the jedi are cold emotionless and likely dont have sex#cal: *prepares a lengthy lecture about the Jedi Code while knowing there’s a 50/50 chance he’ll just punch them instead*#ive got this on my mind for two reasons#reason 1: im currently playing through Dathomir and met Malicos and its jedi june how can i not think about Malicos’s shitty take#reason 2: saw sb (not rpc) talk about how mando culture is so great and how they hate jedi bc ‘’bb stealing’’ as a matter of fact#instead of highly subjective mandalorian opinion#like i get it mandos have a CONTENTIOUS history with the jedi and some of it is deserved#but how about we recognize actual canon material outside of mandos’ perspective instead of just narrowing on 1 tiny and opinionated aspect?
