If the midnight burger pod ever release merch, one of them should be a cook book that starts off like a regular cook book that focuses on diner staples (burgers, fries, sandwiches etc) but then it transitions to mexican recipes (im thinking chile rellenos, pozole, cafe de olla). But then it transitions to weirder recipes like how to not burn coffee and how to make moonshine. Then Like the end of the cook book is like diagrams of quantum machines and math notes calculating the universe.

On the subject of LA street tacos, do you prefer al pastor or birria?

I love birria, but not every place makes it the way I like. I want my goat spicy as hell and not too greasy. My usual strategy for a new place is to try the al pastor first, and if it's good, I'll get the birria next time.

I think my favorite is actually alambre. Not every place does tacos alambre, but when its good it's incredible.

No shit, I actually kinda owe my writing career to tacos alambre. Back when my Patreon barely covered gas and coffee, I would wake up really early and go to a local Mexican place to write. I would get a cafe de olla and one alambre taco and that would fuel me until lunch. That's how I wrote most of my novel.

Hi carito!💗 I know that you have been made a human version of Cafe,but...i have a question...What would your name be in your human version? Doppio and Lungo had their names in the human version, as Luis and Diego, so Cafe would be called Carlos?

Yes! years ago I wrote their humans names, and here is again how De Olla's Family names would be if they were humans

•Luis and Diego De Ortiz (Lungo and Doppio)

•Vanessa De Ortiz (Vanilla)

I think William would stay the same since William is already a human name but Branch would be Bruno if you are wondering!
