stayed extra long with the kitten this morning and told a freshmen how she likes to be picked up

I guess a small snip-it of Caedis Lore, or well just a more worked on story, is the case of Smile, a serial killer in Caedis rumored to have been around since the 1970s or 1980s. Smile themself is pretty basic honestly and they even sport an uncanny smile, thus their name as well as the occasional carved smile on victims Jeff The Killer style (yeah a tad unoriginal but this is still WIP)

This one incident was between 2 killers, one being Smile, and the other being a fairly new one named Painkiller (Incident took place in the 1990s). Painkiller was known to create these brutal murder tapes though a camera was never found til this incident. Painkiller broke into a hotel room on the 4th floor from the fire escape, the room number was 412 and it's window was unlocked and no forced entry inside. Whoever was in the room that night returned to the room and blocked an ambush from Painkiller and proceeding to stab Painkiller with a boxcutter in the neck, face, and under the 3rd rib, leaving Painkiller to bleed out onto the carpet and then deciding to overkill it by taking the TV on a nearby table and dropping it onto Painkillers head, obviously crushing it. The rooms resident then took the bloodied body and dropped it down the side of the fire escape as well as the somehow still working video camera (a camcorder actually). The body and camera landed in a pile of trash where it was found the next morning.

The camera footage was recovered and connected to 6 murders, thus connecting the corpse to Painkiller, who was later identified as 19 year old Nick Evans.

Painkiller has his own little story as he obviously won't die that easily and was almost merged in a way with his murder tapes, basically corrupting them and even being able to kill the people who were looking at the footage after a week.

Fun Fact: Painkiller is actually an old OC that I've had since middle school during my edgy Creepypasta phase and he looked WAY different and his old lore was just, REALLY bad, and I'm happy to still have him with better lore and an actually good design.

Painkillers look was mainly when I was drawing in middle school and back then I could never draw the right eye so all my Ocs had the typical covered eye, I kept it for Painkiller though since it actually looked good on him compared to my other characters

Also to anyone curious, the hotel is actually linked to another of my Ocs lores. The hotel had a fire caused by gas
