🍷 A special wine for a special celebration. Our choice for Thanksgiving dinner and birthday celebrations was this @lancasterestate 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon from @alexandervalley in @sonomacounty. We’ve had this one laying down for a few years and the aging of this now library wine paid off, with rich and complex layers of flavor that took our celebratory meal to the next level. We are thankful to have collected many special occasion bottles over the last several years but it’s important to pop them open and enjoy once in awhile. That day you open that treasured bottle of wine is truly the special occasion.
