I Am The Sea

This Stand manifests in one of the user’s lungs.  Thus, its appearance is currently unknown.

While manifested, the user can breathe underwater or in any liquid.  The user can also use small to medium size puddles as portals, sending themself or any object able to fit through.  The user can see or hear through puddles by sticking part of their head through a puddle.  An object’s momentum is preserved, so it is theoretically possible for the user to spit on a wall and fire a gun into a puddle to send the bullet flying out of the saliva on the wall, but this would require incredible training and focus.  Unfortunately the range is surprisingly limited.

Ultimately it is a fairly weak Stand; but luckily the wielder was hit my a magical arrow and obtained . . .

Drowned

Drowned manifests in the target’s lungs and resembles a pair of tiny cruel-looking mermaids composed of water droplets.  The user must touch the target, but has some leeway (direct skin contact is not required).  Once implanted, the Stand will attempt to drown the target by drawing any and all nearby fluids into the lungs: saliva and perspiration are most common, but a large enough cut in the mouth or on the face would allow the Stand to potentially make the person bleed out as it forces blood into the lungs.  Since the drowning occurs naturally, the Stand cannot speed up the process (other than preventing the liquids from being coughed up) but can be transferred to another target.
