"I hope I'm not interrupting anything too important here, but there's a matter that I just need to steal Flynn away for a second to resolve." She let her boyfriend know, with a nod of her head as she took a hold of his hand to lead him away from his conversation. Once tucked away from the masses, the brunette pulled him down for a kiss. "I just needed that. And before you say anything, blame how great that suit looks on you, okay." ( @flynn-bueller )

☀️ ⠀  ⠀ ⠀  ⠀ ───────────    “   eugene   come   on   !   ”      reagan   giggled   as   she   pulled   him   to   the   dance   floor.   if   there   was   one   thing   the   princess   loved   it   was   dancing.   what   she   loved   more   than   that   ?   dancing   with   eugene,   her   favorite   person   in   the   entire   world.   only   second   to   her   beloved   son   ben   of   course.   the   string   compositions   of   modern   songs   was   right   up   reagan’s   alley.   the   night   was   absolutely   perfect   in   her   eyes.   she   was   here   with   the   man   she   loved,   in   a   beautiful   gown   and   surrounded   by   people   she   cared   for.   truly   best   night   ever.   thankfully   with   heels   on   it   was   a   little   easier   to   wrap   her   arms   around   eugene’s   neck.   the   princess   looked   up   at   him   with   stars   in   her   eyes   as   they   swayed.   “   you   look   so   handsome   tonight.   i   don’t   think   i’ve   told   you   that   yet.   ”

🗡️ ⠀  ⠀ ⠀  ⠀ ───────────  trying   to   navigate   life   after   a   six   month   slumber   was   interesting.   a   lot   had   happened.   the   world   had   kept   moving   even   if   philip   didn’t.   there   were   so   many   new   people   in   the   city,   new   places   and   just   reminders   that   he   had   been   sedentary   for   too   long.   the   prince   was   walking   down   mainstreet   when   he   noticed   a   familiar   face.   philip   didn’t   know   flynn   that   well.   aurora   had   given   him   a   run   down   of   who   he   essentially   was   to   reagan.   a   friend   to   his   wife’s   best   friend   was   a   friend   of   his   as   well.      “   flynn   !   ”      philip   called   as   he   jogged   to   the   other   man.      “   i   was   headed   to   get   some   coffee   would   you   like   to   join   me   ?   ”

"You know Riley?" his voice came out higher, than he expected. Has he told him this? Had Luis just completely forgotten? Because — Well, things did slip his mind; things that were useless compared to all the information he had to hide from people — careful not to let a snippet of truth slip out. Not even to Flynn. Never to Flynn. He would lose his friend, and that man was not someone he could easily give up.

Of course he was different. Even in the haze — he still wondered why his best friend was asking him all those silly questions. "You've been my friend, for what? Sixteen years? Can't believe you'd ever ask me that, Flynn." it was a light jab — or a kick, maybe one to his shin, that made him stumble down —

He propped himself on his elbow, slowly turned around to meet the man.

Oh, it was all happening in slow motion now. The way his hand reached over, dark eyes dropping to his mouth, as if he had clicked a button and Luis was now suddeny aware, they were close enough to breathe in each other's scent or choke on it — it seemed to be what Luis was doing.

Chocking.

"You shouldn't have done that." it was like dangling a piece of cake in front of him — luckily, he wasn't on a fucking diet.

Reaching forward slowly, lips molded together — like sixteen years ago. Differnce was, he wasn't drunk off his senses back then. Sober? He wouldn't have had the guts now. He might have been bold, but screwing around with his best friend was going to leave one of them hurt, and knowing how hollow his own insides were — it was definitelly going to be Flynn.

"Shit — "

What would your excuse be now, idiot?

"I'm drunk."

You're a fucking asshole, Luis.

Am I? Flynn pressed his lips together into a thin line as he stared up at the ceiling. He didn't want to ask weird questions. He didn't want to seem weird to Luis. If he did, then Luis might not want him around as much. Might not tell him things anymore. He might push Flynn out of his life completely.

"I know Damien." Flynn said with a nod. "And Riley." He took another sip of the alcohol. "I'm... me?" More confusion. More questions. Flynn's eyebrows furrowed, even while Luis was giggling. "So I'm different than them?" Another question that might seem weird to Luis but Flynn couldn't help it. He wanted to understand.

"Yes, well, I never claimed to be good at running!" Flynn said as he let out his own laugh, turning towards Luis. But then, his best friend asked him something that he wasn't expecting. It was something that Flynn had asked Luis many times when they were younger. He'd needed more reassurance then. And maybe... maybe he did now, too.

Flynn reached towards Luis' hand and squeezed it in his. "Of course." He offered the other a smile before releasing his hand, noticing a black spot on Luis' right cheek. "Hold still--" Flynn moved closer, his eyes focusing on the spot of dirt as he pressed the pad of his thumb tho his own tongue and then used it to rub at Luis' skin. "How often do you clean these floors?" Flynn joked as he finished wiping the dirt from the other's face. Then, he pulled at the neckline of Luis' shirt, lifting it until he could wipe his own saliva from his skin. "There. All better."

"Now I wish I would have seen the version with the flippers." Axel let him know, with a playful pout before he went about revealing the outfit he'd had underneath the wetsuit. "Woah, that reveal was seamless. Have you been catching up on your Drag Race lately?" She asked, as she stepped closer to him to drape her arms around his neck. "Never did I say that nor would I imply that as you happen to look hot in whatever you're in or... not in." Axel told him, biting down on her lower lip for a moment as her mind wandered. His lips soon found hers, Axel was beyond happy. "I certainly did try. This is the event to actually try, I don't want the girl who looked terrible at a ball." She said, as she couldn't think of a worse crime in that very moment and time. "If I recall correctly, you and I made plans to end the night together so... I'd say, I intend on having quite a fun time. And I hope the same rings true for you."

"You know I almost wore the flippers too," he said and did a little twirl before unzipping the plastic jumpsuit he had worn over his actual outfit. "It's mermaid theme, I was assuming there would be splashing water somewhere. Are you saying I don't look hot in the snorkle?" He took her hand and brought it to his lips for a moment. "You look stunning, babe." He took her hand and walked them through the crowd to the bar wit ease, greeting people along the way. As they waited for their shots, he popped a few bubbles in the air before leaning in to kiss her. "How drunk are you looking to get tonight because I heard the shots are packing a punch."

☀️ ⠀  ⠀ ⠀  ⠀ ───────────    the discovery of the black rocks was something reagan had kept to herself for quite some time. the only other person who knew about them was cassandra. it was the catalyst for her powers and hair returning. with her feelings for eugene growing stronger and their bond becoming closer she felt it was only right that she opened up to him about it.  “ eugene, there’s something i have to tell you. promise me ... you won’t freak out, okay ? ”

"No, I think I missed the joke though I mean maybe I'm just not drunk enough yet but it sounds pretty specific." Flynn was not a fighter or even one to cause much conflict. Much like Stifler, whenever ther was conflict he resorted to his words and charm and always managed to find a way out of it. But this was different and Flynn found his fuse shorter than it may have been before he even got together with Axel. "She's an entertainment reporter, journalist, style icon, on tv sets nationally every night. Do you have something against Axel? Because it sounds like you don't take her seriously and I have to admit man, that's very uncool. Bordering on disrespectful some would say."

Stifler shot Flynn a look over his shoulder while they moved to take the picture, not realizing he’d apparently hit a soft spot. “Oh c'mon, I’m just fucking around, man,” he said with a wave of dismissal, if only because he was sure offending the host wouldn’t get him very far tonight. What he’d really meant was dating Axel felt like a Rosewood rite of passage at this point, but apparently Bueller convinced himself he’d be the one to change that. Godspeed. “You’re happy I’m happy, alright. What’s she do again now, some like glitzy news anchor type shit right?”
