Happy fourth anniversary to Petals For Armor. 🌺🌸💐 I've waited patiently to edit the album art, and today's the day! From the midst of the pandemic, it led me on a journey of learning about self-love and what it's like to uproot yourself from stagnant soil. Into a garden of the unknown where I would grow with these songs and have plenty to thank them for. I've cried, bled, and laughed and bloomed. I wouldn't be here without PFA, it became an important lesson to learn to love and be a part of my softer armor. Here's to many more years of growing. 🩷

Miss Chappell has introduced me to the world of Cicely Mary Barker's, the artist who created the Fairyopolis book she showed yesterday before her Osheaga concert. I've always drawn inspiration from vintage elements, and was delighted to see her art inspired her outfit. As I delved into her magical botanical illustrations with eagerness, I knew I had to make a piece inspired by her work to match Chappell as one of her own fairies.
