So this fic has been on hiatus for a while but I do have two draft chapters ready to go. I've been holding off on posting because I want to complete the entire Salt Lake City arc first.

I've done some updates to how the heist is gonna go. And I say heist in a loose way since I'm handing off what was going to be Hartley's part to Felicity, who will be aiding and abetting from out of state so that Hartley can ogle Cisco in a suit. He deserves it more than Lisa. (Sorry Lisa, but Hartley is Cisco's boyfriend now.)

The boys will get to do a lot of the sneaking around and on premise hacking since all the prep work was done by Lisa and Joss off screen and the whole setup is basically a gift from Lisa to Hartley because she knows how much Hartley hates the guy they're taking down.

I've set the whole thing in the hotel where I once attended ng-conf, which is a yearly programming conference specifically geared towards the Angular. Makes it much easier for me to plot out everyone's movements in my head since I remember the layout of that part of the building. It was a very fancy hotel and I stayed at a much cheaper one that was walking distance away. (This was before I lost a fight with a vacuum cleaner and screwed up my knee.)

This arc won't be the final part of the fic, but it'll probably wind up back on hiatus again once I wrap it up. They're actually going back to Central City - briefly - after the heist ends so that they're well away from where the police, and soon also the FBI, would be investigating the shenanigans. Of course, any evidence of them on cameras will be long gone by then too.

Joss is going to find out that Cisco is Vibe, which will be amusing. I've got such a soft spot for her and it makes me a bit sad that in canon she never learns about what happened to Nora 1.0. She's probably pining even now for the pretty, pretty Excess and wondering whatever happened to her.
