“It was a long Akuma attack today. If you aren’t feeling up to doing patrol that’s fine. We typically don’t find anything interesting the day of an attack. I just like doing the nightly patrol to get out any remaining energy I have from the day’s events.”

Ladybug looked at the Bee holder with concern on her face. She was fine to do patrol tonight by herself if Queen Bee needed a break. She knew that the first few attacks she was a part of that her first instinct afterward was to go to bed or get some coffee.

“What is that supposed to mean?” Marcus answers, his normally timid and mildly frightened/nervous voice replace with a more aggressive and combative tone. He wasn’t the type to put up with Chloe’s snide comments, nor was he afraid of her threats. He was remarkably cunning and proactive, counter to his normal reactive public persona.  @buzzrgeois

     ~*;; Charlotte’s eyes flicked towards the young girl in front of her and the brightest smile slipped onto her face. Clapping her hands together in excitement, she greeted her. “Hello there dear! Are you a friend of my Hiro’s? You look a little too young to be Tadashi’s friend.” She gingerly placed a hand on her hip and ended the other hand out to her. “It’s an absolute pleasure to meet any friend of my sugar cube’s! My name is Charlotte Hamada, incase it wasn’t obvious, I’m Hiro and Tadashi Hamada’s mother! And extremely proud to be that! Both of my boys are incredibly smart and they’re both going to be quite the heart breakers if I do say so myself.” 

     The kind hearted woman gave a laugh. “Of course, they get their looks and brains from their father, but Toshiro would tell you they get their looks from me. Which is clearly a lie because I scored one handsome husband if I do say so myself~” If given the opportunity, Charlotte could ramble about her children and husband all day.

“I wasn’t aware you were stopping by.” Chloe’s presence was far from uncommon, but usually, there was a bit of warning. Gabriel was more annoyed with her presence now than he had been in the past. What a useful pawn she would have been. It was a shame that Ladybug had gotten to her first.

“Adrien needs to focus on his grades right now. So I won’t be allowing any visits for the time being.” And he doubted Chloe’s ability to tutor.

“Nathalie, call a car for Ms. Bourgeois.”

Adrien stood just outside Chloe’s door, thesmall white dog in his arms. It didn’t bark,only seeking comfort in his embrace. Hewaited for her to answer after knocking afew times on the wood.
