My family is not keen on taking hikes with me. I slow them down. The moment I enter the nature terrain, I instantly get transformed into an observer of the natural world around me. Forget hiking! I remember once during an hour-long hike I took over 100 photos of mushrooms. That’s 2 photos a minute. 🤔Obviously there were not 100 different types- just various shapes, sizes, colors. It is no surprise when I thought to create a set of coasters / trivets / small wool paintings for the upcoming @mainecoastwaldorf online auction, mushrooms were on top of my list.
