Whipping Meringues is Quite Frustrating when you don't get the Results you Wanted, Right? Well here are Shezzy's Top Tips to get the Best Meringue: - Make Sure your Balloon Whisk & Bowl is Clean & Free from any Kind of Fats. - The best way is to take a little bit of White Vinegar on a tissue & Wipe all of the Equipment including the Spatula! - When Whipping the Egg Whites, after they have Changed to a Foamy Texture, you can add a Pinch if Cream of Tartar - When your Egg Whites haev reached the "Foamy Stage", that's when you start adding your Sugar a Couple of Tbsps at a time.
