just found out you can put villagers on the same HHP slot without replacing them (it just makes a copy of the sub-island). now i'm free to continue the Marlo Mafia subplot i accidently created back in 2021
#out of context acnh be like#no but really. marlo's the chill mafia boss a la that one joke going around on release#then i have chevre who runs the bank#and now vivian is their lawyer who also runs a gym as a front for their secret club#animal crossing#spark's animal crossing adventures#spark talks about nothing of relevance#on another note I'm pleasantly surprised by how well my builds hold up for being this old#i thought they were kinda meh back then (except my inscryption builds)#but no they're actually good! i'm happy with them :)#but yeah. playing with my touys etc#edit: now annalisa has a restaurant takeout front

With every conversation ive had with like a Working Adult in a different field i always get told a thing about like "oh yeah AI is big but it won't come for my job personally" usually the reasons they give for this circle a few talking points (if youre a professional in your field you can tell the difference between ai output and human output, if not then consumers/clients will be able to FEEL the difference on some level, etc) but like i ive heard this from so many different people in so many different occupations at this point that like i truly feel like nobody actually WANTS mass integration of ai outside of a magic scenario where everyone's jobs become devalued while theirs gets extravalued. That or ai giving them like new touys to play with. Like fundamentally most working people (even if they are white collar middle managers or whatever) are on some level convinced that their jobs are irreplacable and like. I dont work their jobs so i cant even say that theyre WRONG necessarily but i feel like all this just goes to show that the idea of "generative" ai is always going to be a little fraught when we are kind of living in a time where we should be generating and producing less of everything in general. All this to say that i feel like youtube and instagram and basically every website ever should limit the number of times you can upload shit to their servers every day
