Ugh I think I'm sick for like. The first time in 3 years ):
#it's not covid! but i am sick ):#i also have the hiccoughs rn for some reason#i'm used to being mentally unwell but physically? i haven't been sick since i had pharyngitis in early 2020#ugh i might have to stay home tomorrow n watch the livestream for class instead of attending#i've been lucky so far ):#hhhhhghgh ik this rly is no biggie but i have not felt this way in 3 yearssss and within that time my germ anxiety has. heightened#so this doesn't help that lol i tried to chill on the rigid behaviour and now I'm sick :/#i have exchanged physical health for a slight improvement in mental health..#i'll tell my psychologist 'see i wasn’t getting sick until i relaxed my rules' & she'll remind me it's not the end of the world to get sick#oh my hiccoughs are gone now yaaayy#i should sleep#but yeah uhh i feel conflicted. but also too tired to care rn
