okay I've not actually watched the video yet

but based off the comments this guy's video is basically ripping into shad's stupid shapiro and carl benjamin loving ass for stupid "anti-sjw" comments he made about the mario movie

very glad to see people outside the hema/historical arms and armour community becoming aware of shad's bs

maybe one of these days I'll check whether jazza's fallen into a similar hole of crap. (I mean he's apparently gotten into ai art so that's. yeah). did a quick google, according to reddit Jazza's apparently cool about queer people so that's nice at least.

#Jazza at least to my knowledge isn't a mormon anymore #shad I believe still is #(to memory) both of them have stated they live by a ''treat others how you want to be treated'' philosophy #I don't know if it's just a general thing they were taught growing up or if it's mormonism #(I believe shad once said he believes the treat others etc because of his religious beliefs but I may be misremembering)#admittedly most of the hema/historical community's opposition to shad seems to be in respect to his being an idiot on historical accuracy #and saying stupid things about practicing martial arts #(though there are a lot who also criticise/dislike him for being a right wing asshat)#while most of the people outside the community mostly just view him either as ''cool sword guy''#or ''guy who talks about swords but turned out to be an ass''#but yeah shad's straight up massively queerphobic (I think maybe also racist? or at least says racist 'anti-sjw' talking points about media
