im living off the grace of my family rn after losing my job a few months back and my gma was generous enough to buy a whole ass condo in the nice part of town so my bro and i have somewhere to go when my uncle boots us out of here. and i was super upset at first tht my lease is getting cut 9mo short with 2mo notice but im honestly excited to live somewhere that wasnt shittily diy'd and has no holes in the wall or missing paint and has stores and jobs within walking distance

#im gonna miss this place bc yard and kitties and the food and ppl but im hopeful this will be a good opportunity #so tht i can finally support myself again #one of the biggest things tho honestly is tht i grew up in a fairly caribbean neighborhood specifically haitian and this area im in now is #pretty much exclusively caribbean/african and its so nice #very homey and everyone is so lovely #but yea super thankful for my fam for keeping me afloat rn so im not fucking homeless or starving or both
