it is quite hard to draw lines when it comes to teenagers in entertainment.. i wonder whose responsibility should it be to keep them safe? should fans have the responsibility to not be creepy? should the companies just not debut them? should there be regulations on minors working in the entertainment industry specifically?

#imo.. when your job is in the public eye your work hours are whenever someone treats you as your role #so if fans recognise you and come up to you there's an expectation to luve up to your image and that imo is part of the job #it doesn't really count as time off #so ... if a group gets popular enough and the lines of work and leisure are blurred....#how do you make sure that they're not working more hours than they should?#you can apply that more broadly i guess #but would you have a 15 yo work at a supermarket 12h a day or smth?#actually are there regulations that i probably don't know about?#im just thinking out loud here...#sorry i've been watching a lot of philosophytube lately algkslj
