I think i might make the vest 5-10cm shorter than what the pattern says? worst case scenario grandma will wear a crop top
#the finished length is 70cm. isnt that like too long?#like my full length sweaters are around 55cm#i am making it in xl tho so idk if 15cm length difference is normal?#we'll see.#the smart thing would be to go downstairs and measure grandma or one of her tops#but when have i ever done the smart thing? i mean i didnt even gauge swatch so#anyway#i have maaaybe one row left of my skein and theres no way i have enough yarn for this#but i think she bought it at the store in the square so i can go buy some. and even if they don't have any i can find it online#its an easy brand#also i dont remember if i told you but im doing the front in [p4k2] pattern but the back in stockinette#cause i hate the pattern it's taking forever#anyway... maybe ill do full length#jo says stuff#my knitting
