quick background.

persephone grew up in a muggle orphanage, not having much of anything to her name. it wasn't until she turned seven that she learned anything about the wizarding world. her soon-to-be-father, came to the orphanage and adopted her to bring her back to house reeves. elated to not only have a home, but a big family, effie adjusted quickly to life in house reeves. she started her training not long after arriving and dedicated most of her waking hours to making her parents proud.

while persephone is still technically part of high society, you'll often find her in less than fancy robes during social gathers, ready to take charge should anything go wrong. the attack in 1784 was persephone's first big altercation. she mainly just helped children and families escape safely, but it shook her in a way that she never expected. having dedicated most of the life to fighting, one would think persephone didn't care much about love. the opposite is the truth, the young witch is a hopeful romantic but has placed the duties of her family above finding a partner.
