i think the best part of early krakoa (alongside books later books like x-terminators) for me was the emphasis on giving the b-list mutants more spotlight because to me they are so much more interesting!!

i wish i liked the major players of the x-men world more but like, the new mutants trying to be teachers or betsy and rachel doing otherworld magic stuff or a group of queer ladies beating up vampires are way more interesting plot hooks than whatever was happening in immortal or the main x-men books

and what doesnt help is when those cool characters are put on the major teams and thus get sidelined, like firestar or magik on the x-men or laura (poor, poor laura. god x-force sucks) on x-force

hopefully editorial sees this and post-fall of x we get more books focusing on the b and c-listers
