Do you think Sofiya would meet Layton in the Prequel trilogy or the OG trilogy?
I picture them meeting in the OG trilogy, sometime after Diabolical Box.πŸ‘‰πŸ‘ˆ basically this story is taking the place of Unwound Future. Yes in this verse, Unwound Future does not exist therefore the events of that game do not happen. I just don't think I could fit that plotline into this verse without it having unnecessary amounts of drama (lmao that's right I'm replacing angst with mORe angst!!πŸ˜€πŸ™ƒβœŒ)
Edit: The way I originally wrote this response didn't sound quite right. I wasn't trying to say Claire doesn't exist in this verse at all, of course she existed, where else would Hershel have gotten his hat and gentlemanly credo from? I meant to say that Hershel had learned to move on from Claire in this verse, possibly a bit quicker since the events from UF never happen. Sorry if the way this was originally phrased sounded a bit awkward.πŸ™πŸ˜“

Do you think Sofiya and Hershel would ever want to have a child of their own?
Recently I did make a fan child for Sofiya and Hershel purely as a concept; nothing is set in stone yet.
But realistically, I think they would hold off on having any biological children; Sofiya would be too worried about bringing another one of her kind into the world, fearing her child may get the same treatment from their peers as she did when she was a child. Sofiya also has many doubts and worries about being a parent in general. Memories of her childhood and how her own parents treated her still haunt her, and she doesn't want to end up becoming like them.
Hershel of course reassures his wife that she is not her parents, that she will never become her parents if she doesn't let herself. He doesn't ever pressure her into bearing a child, as he wants her to be as comfortable with herself as possible in order for that to ever happen. Besides, they don't really need to procreate when they've adopted three children already(Flora, Alfendi, Katrielle, four technically if you count Luke loll)
Even if they never have a biological child, Hershel and Sofiya still want to be the best parents they can possibly be. Sofiya wants her children to have the joyous childhood she never got to have, all the things her parents never gave her. She won't force her religious beliefs onto her new family, though she might encourage and teach them about it, as God is still an important part of her life. All she desires, as a mother, is to create a safe and loving environment for her children, to protect her loved ones from any harm that may come their way, and to assure them every day that she loves them with all her heart and, even if they don't believe, that God will always watch over them, every step of the way.
