Since @shadowy-dumbo-octopus also asked for the other two, I'll reply you with Kasha/Neera and then you'll be able to see Vico/Hexxat and SareDorn in her separate asks, so it's all more organized. Please tell me if I skip any other pairing you might have sent me.
Who's the cuddler: I have this headcanon that orcs' and half-orcs' body temperature is slightly higher than average, and Neera takes full advantage of this, not that her gf minds it in the slightest!
Who steals the other's clothes: again, Neera. Kasha can't do much with her gf's tiny robes.
Who tops in bed: I like to make all my OTPs versatile, I find it way more fun! But it's usually Neera who initiates stuff, especially in the beginning, since Kasha is afraid of accidentally hurting her.
Who calms the other after a nightmare: since Kasha has pretty bad Bhaalspawn nightmares, it's Neera who calms her.
Who's the early bird/night owl: Kasha likes to get up early to practice combat maneuvres, while Neera is the type to accidentally stay up until 5am reading a book.
Who picks the movies for movie nights: since this is Faerûn, I'll switch it for storytime. Kasha knows lots of stories Gorion used to read to her back in Candlekeep, so Neera is always eager for a good story.
Who sings cheesy love songs terribly off-key when home alone: BOTH.
Who remembers all the anniversaries/holidays/etc: I think they both suck at that stuff
Who's the big spoon/little spoon: Kasha's usually the big spoon and Neera the little, but the latter will not hesitate to become the big one if Kasha moves in her sleep. This wild mage will NOT be denied her cuddles!
Who gives the other cheesy nicknames: I don't think I need to remind anyone that one of Neera's selection lines at SoD was "What's up, buttercup?" But then again Kasha will get her payback.
Who sends the other shitposts at 3am: this will be hypothetical, but both, and they'd wake the whole party with their snickering.
Who wins the pillow fights: Kasha, unless Neera sets Kasha's pillow on fire.
Who falls asleep first during movie nights: again, I'll switch it for storytelling. Neera strikes me as the permanently tired girl, so probably her.
Who's the more protective one: Kasha. She just behaves this way with everyone she cares about, and it usually involves berserker rages.
