Found a butternut squash soup recipe last night that was so fucking incredible looking that I fully couldn't focus on the last 20 minutes of my lecture bc I couldn't stop thinking about the ingredients. Is this how soup people feel all the time? I felt like a god when I took that shit off the stove
#for the record i AM a soup person but inspiration hadnt yet struck this year#the reason i was feeling so insane about it is bc squash soup recipes are usually just like squash milk and broth#but this recipe was much heartier with carrots and celery AND it had a GRANNY SMITH FUCKING APPLE!!
