#also i was telling my friend about my insane fucked up sleep schedule today and she looked me straight in the eyes and was like#''and is that self sabotage do we think?''#... motherfucker#i truly think i wouldnt even know what to do with myself if i did pull up to work well rested#like#my job is NOT stimulating or emotionally fulfilling#were i to wake up at 8 am all well rested and ready to tackle the day and have a nice healthy breakfast with a good coffee#i would not actually want to do my job lol#i think being exhausted is my way of numbing myself? which is like .#really bad .#idk#but this is really bad too bc being sleepy on the job means im crabby and out of it and making mistakes all the time and it's not good#for anyone involved#trying to think of what would make my working hours better and have come to the conclusion that either i need to invest in a WeWork space#or get a lap cat#the jury is still out
