#ive had about 3 breakdowns this week alone#not to mention all the mini panic attacks at any given time#idk wtf to do#my mental health is so bad#im either gonna end up dead from infection starvation or pills#idk wtf is wrong w me#i need help but idk what to do#this has been an ongoing theme for ages#this whole yr i havent caught a single break#ive always been severly depressed#but this i should be hospitalised level depression 🫥
