it’s crazy I LOVE that period of 911 when Eddie was dating ana and I think it’s such a good basis for fics and I genuinely enjoy taylor and her and Buck trying to hold onto each other was goooood like she’s so interesting but you can’t go into their tags here or on ao3 without preparing mentally to dodge weird weird tags. I will see a fic with a good premise and go yeaghhhhh let’s gooo only to look at the tags find ana flores bashing and have to scroll away like it’s crazy. it’s crazy. where are Eddie Diaz Evan Buckley bashing tags like if we’re at it let’s go all the way . beautiful women of la already are victims of Eddie (and Buck with some exceptions) in universe let’s not drag it out of the tv land 😭😭😭

i LIKE bucktaylor i think theyre wrong for each other but it was an interesting relationship and buck did kinda get let off the hook by having the catalyst for their break up be the story she published rather than the fact that he cheated on her and then panicked and asked her to move in with him so she wouldnt leave him like um. youre insane. i think its good storytelling and makes sense as something buck would do! but it was really fucked up of him lol

i kind of expect the hate for taylor bc shes ambitious and doesnt care abt any of the 118 with the exception of buck which i think makes her interesting but like whatever i knew fans would hate her but like PLEASE explain to me what ana flores did wrong she just accidentally dated a gay man who strung her along and wasnt actually interested in her other than as a new mommy for christopher like OUCH

im not gonna act like ana is this this extremely well fleshed out character lol but i do think its deeply weird how much hate there seems to be for her. their breakup scene is one of the best in the show!!!!!

anyway whatever this got long but ultimately i think if ur just gonna hate a female character bc she gets in the way of ur firefighter yaoi then go for it but like be honest abt that lol. beautiful women of la get out of there!!!!
