So I just watched a video about the ethics of billionaires and one tidbit mentioned is how a lot of homeless people are children. And it started the argument compilation reel in my head of the who deserves what loop of shifting blame so it's never personally your fault to favor convenience over the well being of others.

"How could you let your children be homeless!? If you can't afford them, don't have them😤"

So you support reproductive health education, including accessible contraception and abortion right?

"No, children are a gift. You have to face the consequences of your actions😤"

Okay so at least you want to see accesible child care or financial support for the children right?

"No, people are just gonna take advantage of it and spend the money of vices. They should have their children taken away😤"

So do you want there to be better financing for the departments in charge of taking care of these children so they can have better care and futures?

"No, It's not the govt fault people are stupid. I shouldn't pay taxes to fix others mistakes😤"

Would you foster a child to help get them off the streets?

"No, they're all [insert stereotype here]! Why would I invite that into my home! I can't even afford myself, let alone a child😤"

Then what do you propose? These are all paraphrased arguments I've heard before btw. And all so they don't have to say they participate in and perpetuate corrupt systems. Jackflash newsass! You can participate in a society wo perpetuating it! It just takes a conscious effort! Youre not an asshole for having prime but you are one for letting billionaires crank out poverty for others !
