Okay I’m thinking about starting an argument at work but I want to know if I’m standing in the right corner. What does everyone think of using the word ‘womxn’

#it’s for our company woman’s group (just gives out useful info for women etc)#but they’ve changed it to womxn to include trans people n gender noncomforming people #but that just seems so… othering to me?#like trans women aren’t womxn. they’re just women lol.#what do y’all think and is there a direction anyone can point me to to do a bit of research on this
