I think one of that factors that lead to the cancellation of ROTTMNT that particularly drives me goddamn apeshit is that it was apparently due to “low toy sales”

Like. Well, one, you weren’t advertising the fucking show to begin with. Kids don’t watch TV anymore and a lot more kids don’t even play with TOYS anymore.

Like you’re going to use a sales metric from past decades that’s no longer as relevant to the current time period for this show and axe it based on that??? Seriously?? TOYS?!?!

#like look I know kids still play with toys but not nearly as many or as much as back in the day #this is the internet age all the gen alpha are playing Roblox and shit they aren’t playing with toys as much #but they probably still compared it to the same metric of toy sales in relation to previous generations and killed it based on that #so fucking ridiculously unfair #fuck Nickelodeon
