Surge:

NOTP: KitSurge (romantically) for sure. But aside from that uh. I still don't like Sonic x Surge very much. There's just other characters I think compliment Sonic more and are more fun for me to examine with him, than the girl who's been brainwashed to hate & murder him. If you like the ship that's totally fine, there's nothing wrong with it, it just does nothing for me. (Currently. never say never.)

BROTP: Surge & Kit. I know they're in an unhealthy relationship now, but I really hope it can grow to something better, I believe in them.

OTP: out of characters Surge's allowed to court, SurgeAmy & SurgeBlaze make a lot of sense. I really like the SurgeJewel stuff I've seen too. The problem is that Surge hasn't interacted with anyone outside of like Sonic, Eggman & Whisper, so there's hundreds of different ways she could interact with them and I haven't picked a favorite yet.

So in the mean time I'm holding on to the Teen-Elias x Surge ship for as long as I can lol.

2nd Choice Pairing: I've toyed with the idea of Tumble having like a one sided crush on Surge. I think it would be funny. They both have stubby tails.

I think Silver or Knuckles could also potentially have a fun chemistry with her too. (they just have to not mention that they're part of Sonic's inner circle)

Fluffy Pairing: Elias x Surge, like no contest for me

Angsty Pairing: Anyone with Surge is going to cause some angst to happen lol. The Surge & Blaze interactions I've been imagining are probably the angst-iest though.

Favorite Poly Ship: none. I think Surge would be too selfish to share.

Weirdest Pairing: I'm up for whatever as long as Surge is happy.

Elias (I'm gonna keep this as firm as I can to just Archie Elias lol)

NOTP: Just the gross ones that I don't even want to mention

BROTP: Him & Sally. I really like their relationship, I'm extremely sad that if Sally were to come back Elias can't come with her or even be alluded to.

OTP: I'm alright with him & Megan. I just wish Megan was given more of a dynamic with him than just "patient loving wife". Like give me something to work with. What are her hobbies? Where's their favorite date spot? Does Megan also have lumberjack skills? Also I think it's funny she also agreed to marry Elias soon after meeting him and losing her 1st partner, girly saw a 10 walk into town and wasted no time. Good for her.

I would say Elias & Geoffrey but every thing I've read between them they act more like ex-boyfriends without ever having the boyfriend part. There's some tension there that I can dig though.

2nd choice pairing: ....what if in Archie's universe there's a mysterious amnesiac green tenrec girl that's Elias & Megan's age and-

Angsty Pairing: (non romantic obv.) Elias & his parents...

Favorite Poly ship: Idk, Elias has enough to worry about.

Weirdest pairing: You know what, Elias & Larry Lynx. I can see it. It starts off one sided on Larry's part but the more missions the Secret Freedom Fighters go on they start to form a deep connection... (I literally just made this up just now I'm not doing this for real...I don't think..)

This was inspired by Shades365’s 'Sonic's Alpha' on Wattpad. You can find this story on Wattpad and all their other stories. I love this story and I thought of a version I really want to do. That story was the structure of this story and yes I have their permission.

In this story, you will meet many of my OCs but many of these characters are not mine, the creators of Sonic the Hedgehog own them. The person who will be taking Sonic’s role is a Butterfly/Hedgehog hybrid named Sapphire. Sapphire is the former princess of the Mini Worlds. She is the oldest daughter of Vanessa the Butterfly, the creator of zones. Because of this Sapphire can use any zone’s special power source, examples: chaos emeralds, sol emeralds, etc. When she was 5 her home was blown up and she, her sisters, and the other royal children were sent to the main zone; the zone where this story takes place.

I do have a second book which is called Gem Alphas Character Book.

Each page of this book has a list of the characters in each chapter, plus a description of their look, species, and tiles or relative to another. There are also pictures of outfits from each chapter too.

The first page is of who's replacing who from Shades365’s 'Sonic's Alpha' while the second page is pictures of some of the characters.

All of these pictures I found on Pinterest but I will be giving credit to the creator and if the creator does not like that I have used their pictures or OCs please say something in the comments and I will take the link down.

I will update it as a go and I will make sure to leave a note to let you know when I have updated it.

Just to clear stuff up

(tw: for mentions of rape, transphobia, and pedophilia. Not depictions of it but mentions of it. With the exception of transphobia since a group is being transphobic to my friend)

Now, most may not know this but there has been a callout post going around about my friend Rosemary by the tumblr blog called sonicsafetysquad which contains a lot of false information which I would like to address. This post is going to be long by the way.

Rosemary is not into rape/non con, I’ve known them for a long time and they are not into that. They don’t draw it, reblog, or retweet rape/non con porn at all. I am not sure where they got this from. If they were into any of this I would’ve known way before they would.

They are also not into f*ta, Rosemary is trans and it would be weird for a trans person to be into that. They have drawn trans headcannons on characters but that is not the same as trans fetishization.

Lastly is the claim that they are a pedophile, a claim that should not be thrown around lightly. They are not a pedophile in anyway. They do not groom minors, they tag their nsfw stuff accordingly, their nsfw twitter is locked, and I know they are not attracted to children. They have not drawn or like porn of child characters as for example in the sonic fanbase Tails, Cream, etc. Characters that look, act, sound, and are agreed that are children. Now the characters they showed/brought up were Sonic, Knuckles, Rouge, and shadow. Now Sega has stated that these characters are 15/16, 15, 19, and 50+ respectively. Now two of those characters are legal adults (even thought Rouge should be in her mid to late 20s basing how she acts, sounds, and looks). Lets talk about Sonic and Knuckles’ ages. This is where stuff gets kind of weird.

In Sega’s early days the characters ages were vague, especially sonic’s, for sonic it was because he was similar to characters like Mickey Mouse and Felix the cat where their ages look vague but one can argue are adults. When I was a kid I thought sonic and most of his pals were young adults basing on what was going on with them. Sonic adopting tails acting like a big brother but technically Tail’s adopted father. They made sonic 15 which if any other character who is a teen adopted a 8 year old would be seen as cute but kind of sad that a teen has to raise a kid in any story. I know Tails is a child genius but he is still an 8 year old with no parents. Knuckles who is a guardian of the giant emerald and coping with the fact that he is the last of his kind surpassingly very well. I always thought knuckles was an adult, like a somewhat naive adult (naive because he lives on a floating island alone most of the time), not just that he sounds like an adult as well. Sega made him 15/16 as well even though if a teen found out they were the last of their kind they would NOT be handling it like knuckles handled it.

Before most ask, a lot of the sonic characters are teens like Sally is and that one I have never gotten over. Ever since I was 5 and watch Sonic SATAM I thought she was an adult. Her old design (and her new design), voice, and behavior screamed adult but Sega decided to make her 16. But why? To ship her with Sonic. That’s it. As far as I know that is the only reason Sega did that because shipping an adult with a teen would be creepy but that didn’t stop Sega with Rouge flirting with Knuckles (I guess a 19 year old can flirt with a 15 year old according to Sega which is creepy). Sega as of now has gone back with making the ages vague which I think is better for characters like Sonic, Knuckles, Sally, ect for many reasons. Now some might wonder why make a lot of these characters teens when they don’t live with their parents or go to school or have jobs? Why make them act older than they are? Well, my best guess is that the reason why Sega made a lot of these characters into teens is because they most likely thought kids/teens couldn’t like or relate to characters who are adults so they have to be the target demographic’s ages and that adults aren’t hip. Sonic (especially as a character) was made to be as cool as possible no matter what. Everything sonic does is hip and cool. What is the opposite to most kids and teens? Adults. When Sega did this what they did with various characters later on did not realize the implications this would cause. From what I’ve seen in the sonic community, the majority accept that characters that are obviously children/underage like Tails and Cream for example are in fact children and it is gross to draw porn of (I also agree with that as well). While characters that act/sound/look like adults the majority of the community agree it is okay.

I wanted to explain that with sonic characters to give most an idea about the age stuff because a lot of people I’ve talked to about sonic and when I mention characters ages like Sally Acorn and Knuckles they would be surprised and could not believe that they are teens because like me, as a very casual sonic fan, would assume those characters are adults. Which one can blame Sega for and I don’t see the sonicsafetysquad blaming them for it when it is Sega’s fault for doing certain stuff like that. But again what should I expect from a group where one of the mods is friends with someone who ships South Park characters (I don’t know if it is the kid characters but most South Park fans ship the kids so I am assuming here), has a mod that is underage which concerns me because I know the other two mods are adults and I’m worried that they are showing porn to a minor when they claim to be against that stuff, and is friends with or supports lesbianamyrose (as far as I know) who made fun of a disabled person’s appearance.

This group has been stalking and harassing my friend for awhile and I am sick of it. To the point where they have tried picking apart every little thing about them. To the point where someone either connected to them or supports them lied about being an adult so they could get access to my friend’s nsfw twitter. I am disgusted by this group’s behavior and the fact that they don’t accept the criticism they are given. I fucking hate it when people claim someone is a pedophile when they are not. I’ve had one of my friends who is a VICTIM of pedophilia be called a pedophile which was just plain disgusting. If my friend, Rosemary, was a pedophile I would’ve known because one of my ex friends is a pedophile. After one of my ex friends as outed as a pedophile (a for real pedophile who groomed teens, was friends with an open pedophile, etc) I pushed my self to be more careful and observant of others. Rosemary was there for me when that happened. I was so angry, hurt, and betrayed by him. I know this post is so long and I am sorry it is but this stuff has to be said. Sorry to be talking about this stuff which could be considered drama but I’m tried of this. Overall the sonicsafteysquad is not helping protecting minors since they have harassed many people including minors, Sega is really weird with sonic ages which makes so many things confusing to both fans and non-fans of the franchise, and have attacked my friend on a weak basis (they talked more about the piss fetish more than anything else even though my friend was keeping that stuff private but they decided to make it public) which has made people not look into this deeper and just believe what they say blindly.

Hopefully I explained things well as best as I can about what is going on.

Honorable Mentions of the Interspecies Relationship list part 2 (Again)

Honestly I don’t what happened and why it wasn’t like it told to me. It’s not you Zoocross, but the net to blame. So I sending you again with explanation (sigh… here we go again “-_-)

1. Sky Beak and Ocean Flow - technically they’re both seaponies and hypogriff since they’re from the same kingdom only to decide living differently, and no there’s no confirmation of them been divorced and honestly they are very cute couple.

2. Jack Sully and Neytiri - Neytiri didn’t knew about Jack been human inside avatar after the attack. They spent time together as same kind, well in Jack’s case in body of their kind so they don’t count as official IRSL, but it’s still honorable mention

3. Uma and Harry Hook - there is some attraction mentioned but too little screentime for them so we can’t say how it is between. (When I worked on this it was hard for to find what species Uma is, so you can imagine my shock when I found that she and Ursula are called cecaelia- a mermaid with tentacles instead of tail)

4. Max and Alicia - you already know - quick repeat ”they classified themselves as both squirrel and chipmunk, although Max is more squirrel and Alicia more chipmunk so I’m not sure if they interspecies or not"

5. Miles “Tails” Prower & Cosmo - for the record seedrian is not official name of species, only made by fans but it sounds better than been called a plant alien. Reason that Tails has also another love interest Zooey from Sonic Boom and…Mina Moongose from Archie comics as his wife?! Huh, who knew. But there is also another sad reason. They are no longer together because Cosmo sacrificed herself to save world and her friends, especially Tails, from Metarexes also known as her own kind only corrupted. She was so young and innocent and Tails didn’t deserves this either. I’m sorry but this just heartbreaking for me. TwT

6. Silver the Hedgehog and Blaze the Cat - their relationship is described on wiki as siblinghood but come on. They are most of the time spent together even some games ship them with matching clothes like Sonic Forces with Lunar event.

7. Shadow the Hedgehog and Rouge the Bat - I know I put Rouge already with Knuckles but in wiki part Archie comics she has romance section that includes Knuckles and Shadow there. But to be honest they only have respect to each and also sibling relationship and let’s be honest there… Shadow is not social type so I hightly doubt. Not after what happened to him before.

8. Sally Acorn and Sonic the Hedgehog - can’t have faker and future-boy without our blue hero. If you are Sonic fan and read comics or see a SATAM series you would know about this romance anyway. It still pretty popular even after event that happened. But for clearing up here: they were together before the Post Super Genesis wave after that they remain as really close friend and also there is another reason why is this put on HMOISRL and we know what it is or better who, that’s right -

Amy Rose - a pink hedgehog with big piko-hammer and biggest crush on our hero Sonic the Hedgehog. So big she want even marry him. Whoa slow down lady a little bit, I know Sonic like things fast but this is too fast even for him. You are both too young for marriage, you’re even younger, you’re only 12 for cry out loud (I know shocking). For the record Amy and Sally have a really good friendship, she defended Sally and Sonic from others during their (again Shocking). Amy and Sally have respect for each so please no shippers-war there. It’s up to only Sonic who decide to fall in love or be in relationship.

Glad that I have finally over. Speaking of Sonic I read your comment on AO3 and I’m glad that you enjoy and again can’t wait for your fanfic about it with Zootopia. In meantime I’m gonna finish my SonicxZootopia project. Hope you would like it. ❤️

Seriously?! I’m not too familiar with Sonic after the early 90s series. I didn’t know that pink hedgehog named Amy was only 12! She looks so much older. Even Sonic, I was surprised that he’s so young and about 15 years old. I thought these characters were all young adults in their 20s or really late teens at the youngest o_O

About the Zootopia x Sonic fanfic, I’m afraid that it will only have to be a one shot, because I really can’t write a full fic based on the movie. I have way too many fics to keep up with at the moment -_-

I look for the your Zootopia x Sonic project! I’ve really loved the other drawings you’ve made especially the one with Nick and Judy as the human characters (I’m blanking on their names, sorry :P) and Sonic with Jim Carrey Robotnik! :)
